Spacious apartment with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with one queen, and the other with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, free wifi, free parking, free onsite laundry, located in historical downtown district. Walking distance for dining, incredible parks and trails, coffee shop, spa services, clothing boutiques. Just bring yourself, some clothes, and your set! We provide all linens, towels, cookware, utensils, TVs with Hulu Live (or may bring your own streaming device). Keyless check-in and check out

I am available should a need or request pop up or need addressed. I also have two assistants that help out when I'm out of the area as well.

Awesome place to stay!

Everything was super clean and super nice! Somewhat dated but very nice! Quaint town. Owner was so easy to deal with and very friendly. If going to Fairbury, this is the place to stay!!

Comfy stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment! There was so much room! Felt like I was at home. Had Hulu to watch! Nice to have that big couch to relax on. The only negative is there is no towel rack in the master bedroom bathroom and no soap dish in the master shower. Would stay there again!

Property is very clean, and the downtown Fairbury area is quite nice. Cody was easy to get in touch with and check in was a breeze. We will be staying here for our annual trip from now on!
