Conveniently located next to several restaurants, movie theatre, boutiques, specialty shops, and coffee shop. Fairbury is surrounded by incredible parks, bike and walking trails, and unique outdoor and historical adventures!
Westchester is located right atop the stairs if you enter the west entrance. Has the On The Bricks logo on the door so its super easy to find!
Free on the street parking. I suggest parking on E street and using the west entrance.
Historic downtown district is very charming and alot of dining and shopping, and coffee all within a quick walk.

The apartment was spacious, bright, and stylish, with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Loved the snuggly throws in the living room. The location was great, right downtown but quiet, and this particular unit was facing the back. There was no view but plenty of windows and light and no street noise at all. And it was not right over the venue, which helped when there were events at weekends. Cody responded promptly to questions and request. We had a wonderful stay. Just wish some of the one bedroom units had a king size bed…

We have been active in various real estate areas since the early 2000's..... from being an independent licensed Realtor broker, doing many flip renovation projects, and have long term rental properties. We love spending time with our family when we aren't working on properties. Fishing and any outdoor activities, reading, and watching sports.
Why they chose this property
The opportunity to find such a unique opportunity in such a wonderful community doesn't come around very often! The opportunity to bring great short term rentals as well as develop a premier event venue was something our community desperately needed! It would great service to have a place that offers full amenities when folks are in town for business, a wedding or special event, weekend getaway, or to visit family.
