With a warm Aloha we welcome you to our Hale HallEAva! HallEAva is a play on the names of our three kaikamahine Ava, Holly & Ella❤️
Fairway Terrace is a safe, well-maintained and gated community in Waikoloa Village.
Our second level (no elevator/lift) newly furnished vacation home is not only a place to stay but to enjoy with all its Hawaiian touches as well as that of our own Polynesian and Filipino culture…such as the artwork from local artists, tapas and fans from Samoa, and capiz tea lights and art from the Philippines.
We wanted to keep our condo cozy yet airy, breezy and light. A place to leave your worries behind. With the garden view from the lanai, our condo is protected from the sun as it doesn’t shine directly into our unit.
We love the Waikoloa Village area for its serenity, calm end breezy atmosphere. It’s a short drive to several beautiful beaches, shopping and eateries without feeling touristy.

Unit is on the second floor with 15 steps to front door. Elevator/lift is not available.
No dishwasher or sink garbage disposal in kitchen.

Hi Everyone! We are natives to San Francisco, CA where we’re raising our sweet but sassy daughters and have a super mellow Siberian husky named Summer. Glenn has been working sales in the beverage and local craft beer industry for over 16 years and Girlie’s been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Coming from a Polynesian and Filipino background, we have always felt naturally at home in Hawaii and are blessed to have our vacation condo on the beautiful Big Island that we’d now like to share with you!
