Private: property 1'600 m2, park 900 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Les Cadets" 3 km. Riding stable 200 m. Nearby attractions: Wave Island 10 km, Parc Spirou 10 km, L'Isle sur la Sorgue 11 km, Avignon 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Main road close by. The house is semi-detached, without vis-à-vis. The D28 passes behind the house, which leads from Avignon to Pernes. Park with horses in front of the house.
