We stayed at this property while traveling for a horse show at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. The property was very convenient to the fairgrounds. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The property was spacious and very accommodating.

My husband and I were in town to enjoy the first week of the Women's Pro Baseball League at Robin Roberts Stadium. This was the perfect location in a wonderful neighborhood. It was within 10-15 minutes of everything we needed easily, including the ball field and Lincoln places.

Great bedroom space, comfortable beds, clean and modern. The kitchen was full of useful tools and we all felt very welcome and comfortable the entire time we stayed. We messaged the host a couple of times during our stay and they were very responsive and friendly. Instructions were very clear and fair for checkout, and we really loved that we could get into the house from 1:00pm onwards as that worked very well with our travel plans.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Brand new inside, very clean, inviting colors and decor, and the owner is generous with the amenities provided. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Springfield!

We rented the house for our home base as we dove into the life of Lincoln. While we didn't do any cooking, we found the kitchen to be well equipped! My husband really enjoyed the coffee bar! The beds were quite comfortable and the location was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

This was a gem and we are so glad we found it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and a great yoga studio! The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture. We really enjoyed our week-long stay!

The cleaning staff isn’t very thorough, I spent half an hour cleaning the cooktop before I ever used it, areas needed dusting, cool air returns were dirty. Missing kitchen items like a large meat fork, sharp knives, silverware was a lot of cheap mismatched pieces. Furniture wasn’t very comfortable, especially for older people. Bathroom in Master bedroom had a barn type sliding door that doesn’t work well.

Another great stay!

We spent Christmas Eve and day at the property and enjoyed the peaceful, clean, comfortable environment while we visited family. Our family has stayed here before and we will keep returning to this property because it offers just what we need when we travel to Springfield.
