Wonderful communication between host and guest. All questions were answered promptly. Being summertime, trees obscured Mountain View, but that is to be expected. We enjoyed our month long stay that offered so many things to do and places to go in the area. A nice size refrigerator avoided extra trips to the store and a wonderful gas stove helped in the food preparation. Plenty of restaurants in town offered alternative eating out.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed this very clean, well kept property. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Ellijay with cute shops and great places for drinks and dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute booking for my family. Very nice property. We had a comfortable stay. Great communication with host. Appreciate host accepting my 2 dogs. Enjoyed hanging out on the screened porch listening to all the different birds. Very relaxing.

I liked the cabin very much. Could have been a little cleaner, but it was ok. Towels and everything else was very good.I was not expecting such winding and narrow roads to the cabin. But it is very beautiful in the woods. Very quiet and pleasant to sit on the porch and have coffee, or read.

We have stayed here twice and again we loved it. It’s a nice place to unwind and getaway from the busy city! The host has been exceptional and very accommodating. Nice time in Ellijay

Walnut Mountain was a great place to visit - central to a lot of different sights and small towns. The property had nice views of distant mountains and was a comfortable home away from home to come back to after long days out.

North Georgia Mountains

This property was very warm and welcoming. The cabin was amazing and had everything we could possibly need. The drive was a little tricky for us Florida folks but didn't let it stop us. Thoroughly enjoyed the area. Definitely would recommend.

We absolutely loved this quiet, secluded cabin in the mountains! The home was Christmas ready and is tastefully decorated throughout. It’s fully equipped with everything you would need for a few days’ stay. We only used one bed since it was just the two of us and the pup, but it was comfortable. I enjoyed the screened-in porch and watched several deer making their way through the woods. Host was hospitable and communicative. This was the perfect place to unwind for a few days, and my only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We will be back!

Great place to get away.

It was great overall. There was a bear sighting at the cabin while we were there and we had lots of deer in the yard.The only negative was the electricity went off for about an hour two days in a row. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay, amazing hosts

We stayed three weeks at this lovely, well-appointed cabin. There was a heat wave during most of our stay, but the elevation of Walnut Mountain allowed us to spend most of our time on the screen porch. The kitchen had everything we needed for an extended stay. Every communication we had with our hosts was responded to within an hour. I highly recommend this lovely cabin to you. Don’t miss it!
