- First floor: Garage and entrance to bedroom #3 with a private bathroom and exit to outdoor patio and lake. Bedroom #3 furnished includes king bed, dresser, and has access to private full bathroom.
- Second floor (main floor): Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dining area sits 6 people. Couch in living room pulls out to a queen bed – linen for this bed will be found in laundry closet. Access to balcony.
- Third floor: Bedroom #1 furnished with a king bed, dresser and includes full private bathroom. Bedroom #2 furnished with queen bed and closet. There is a full bathroom outside bedroom #2. This floor also includes laundry closet where you will find washer/dryer, laundry detergent, drying sheets, and additional linen for the beds.

PARKING:
Garage fits one car and ONLY ONE car may be parked outside garage. There is extra guest parking by the entrance to the neighborhood.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
- Willits Town Center is a mile away. There you will find plenty of shops and great restaurants. In the summers they host a Tuesday Farmers Market.
- Historic Downtown Basalt is a short 10-minute drive where you will find more shops and restaurants.
ACTIVITIES:
- Aspen/Snowmass skiing is a short drive. There are 4 mountains to choose from: Ajax (Aspen), Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass.
- Sunlight mountain is location in Glenwood Springs and is about a 40-minute drive.
- There are multiple biking trails in Basalt, Aspen, and Snowmass. The Rio Grande Trail connects Aspen to Glenwood.
- Roaring Fork River is great for fishing and a 10-minute drive.
- Free Summer Concert in Snowmass every Thursday and usually begins in June and goes until Labor Day.
TRANSPORTATION:
- Easiest way to get around is by car. However, there is a bus stop (Sagewood) a 10 minute walk from the house (note: in the winter, this walk feels a lot longer, especially if you’re carrying skies/snowboards). The bus to Aspen/Snowmass runs about every 30 minutes, starting at 5am, this is subject to change. Check bus schedule by googling: "RFTA bus schedule roaring fork"
- Distances: Aspen (25-30 min drive); Snowmass Village (20-25 min drive); Carbondale (15-20 min drive); Glenwood (25 - 30 min drive). These times subject to change based on traffic.
