This Reynolds Marina Cove luxury 3BR/3.5BA cottage with modern southern charm is inspired by the vibrant hues of Augusta National.

Fully remodeled in 2021, this cottage offers an open concept first floor with a chef's kitchen and large living and dining space. This home has two owner's suites with king beds, as well as a bunkroom with 4 beds (2 full, 2 twin). All bedrooms are complete with their own ensuite bathrooms.

Two screened-in porches are perfect for enjoying morning coffee, family meals and evening cocktails. In the backyard, you can choose between reading in the cozy hammock, sipping an Arnold Palmer in the Adirondack chairs, or playing a game of Chippo with friends.

Located in Marina Cove on a peaceful wooded lot, we are just steps away from the Linger Longer Marina, where pontoon rentals are available. A kayak and an inflatable stand-up paddleboard are also available at the cottage for your use.

Reynolds Lake Oconee is truly a unique destination. Just 70 minutes from Atlanta and 60 minutes from Augusta, you will be worlds away from city stress. The Ritz Carlton and its stunning wedding and conference space, are just a 5 minute drive away. Nearby Greensboro and Madison offer quaint downtowns brimming with antique shopping, Oconee Brewing, and the famous buttermilk pie at Yesterday Cafe.

Lovely Retreat

We enjoyed this wonderful cottage for a quick weekend with close family friends. Decor and amenities were spot-on. The seven of us comfortably enjoyed meals and game nights. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and were able to day-dock a few minute walk from the house. Communication was great and easy, and we'll definitely be back!

This rental has it all! Loved the convenient location near the marina and lake. Walked the boardwalk every morning to enjoy the beauty of the area. Rental was everything the listing says and more. Appreciated the extra touches like board games, cards and a chipping game out back. Kitchen is very well stocked, has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Really nice bedding and towels. David was super responsive with all of my questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful, clean well appointed home

Our group of six women very much enjoyed this cottage! The kitchen had everything we needed and was decorated nicely. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. Close to the Ritz where we spent the day at the spa. David was a very responsive host when we needed him.
