The beautiful luxury lake front home sits across the lake from the Reynold’s Great Waters clubhouse, the 18th fairway, and the 9th Green! It provides one of the best views within steps to the lake! You are so close you actually feel like you are right on the water! On a quiet day, you can hear the waves gently splash against the seawall behind the house. Most mornings, from the screen porch and sunroom, you can watch a beautiful blue heron walking along the water's edge right behind the house!

We offer both weekly and monthly discounts - some restrictions apply. We also offer a concierge service with advice for discounts on local pontoon, ski boat, wave runners, kayaks, golf, skeet shooting/gun club, and transportation.

Famous neighbors have lived in the houses in our lake side cul-de-sac - Jack Nicklaus (next door) and Lewis Grizzard (3 houses away). The 2025 movie staring Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell - You're Cordially Invited - was filmed in a house that is just a short walk.

In addition to outstanding lake views from every room in the house, guests have access to a private neighborhood lakefront common area just a short 2 minute walk away. It includes a pool with lake view (open seasonally), tennis court, sandy beach, community boat docks, and a walking trail along the lake.

There are marinas in the area that rent ponton boats, ski boats, wave runners, and equipment as well.. Five community docks are available in the Reynolds Greatwater's Waterside Village to sit and relax on while soaking up the view, sun tan, fish, or tie-up your boat during your stay.

This home features brand new furniture, carpets, mattresses, quality linens, cookware, and decor! There are indoor and outdoor dining areas (Inside table seats 6 – while 4 more can sit at the bar nearby). The screened/covered outside porch table seats 8. All areas provide spectacular views of the lake and golf course! A New 65” HD Smart flat screen TV is in the great room and the 2nd floor queen ensuite has a 43" TV. The home includes wireless internet and Ring door bells (front and back doors) .

The main level owner’s suite has a queen bed with private ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The first, is a queen with ensuite bath, and the second has a king bed with a full bath off the hallway. The windows on all three bedrooms have lake views! The brand new sofa in the great room folds out into a bed with a built-in memory foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs.

Nearby you will find restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theater, and golf. A few favorite restaurants within a short drive include: Ritz Carlton- Fine Dining Linger Longer Steak House or higher end casual Gaby’s on the Lake, or Filet Steak & Seafood and A Table at the Lake, or casual 5B BBQ and Brews (love the Texas Tater), Café 44, Mellow Mushroom, the New Lake House restaurant. The Ritz Carlton Spa is also just a short drive, and it is available to the public.

This home is situated in the Waterside Village (part of the Reynolds Great Waters Lake Oconee gated community). Several guests say they feel all their pressures and worries melt away as they drive down the shaded tree lined road to our quiet cul-de-sac just off the water. No more than 3 cars will be authorized within the Reynolds security gate per rental. New county law prohibits parking on the street!
Boat trailer parking is not allowed at any of the homes in the neighborhood
