Weekend with friends
The location is perfect if you want to be close to ND. The neighborhood isn’t great and the house is really outdated with some pretty sketchy electrical work. House was clean, but the bath is super tiny and there’s no full length mirror. Also, the water pressure in the shower was awful and the faucet handle kept falling off so you couldn’t adjust the temperature. There was no available closet space, the master closet was full of the owner’s things, so we had to hang our clothes from the door frames. Last, there weren’t any instructions on what needed done before we left. Nothing about what to do with the keys, used towels/sheets or if we needed to take out the trash. House isn’t great but it need meet our needs for the weekend with a group of 5 and being close to ND.
Clean home and friendly host. However the home was very outdated and lacked many basic necessities (coffee maker, utensils, dish towels, unused sponge in kitchen, accurate # of dishes for # of people, and a bath mat). The home did the job it was designed for but lacked the “home” feel.
