It is located on the ground floor, where the old arches with a minimum height of approx. 160 cm have been retained. The holiday apartment has a separate entrance, which offers more privacy thanks to its inner courtyard. Bedroom no. 1 is a walk-through room, but has an outside entrance. The barbecue is located on the open plot, from which you have a wonderful view of the countryside. This holiday home is ideal for nature lovers. You can reach Crikvenica in a few minutes by car.

Wir waren zu 5 in der Wohnung mit unserem Hund. Die Lage war für uns mit Hund perfekt. Ja man lebt sehr abgeschieden aber man ist ruckzuck binnen 8-10 Minuten am Meer. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und vor unserer Abreise gab es mit den Eigentümern noch einen kleinen Umtrunk. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und absolut sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und wenn man Hilfe braucht, sind die Inhaber sofort erreichbar und helfen einem. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut Empfehlen. Noch extra erwähnen möchten wir das an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter angebracht waren, was sehr selten ist. Absolut Super. Und der Innenhof ist auch absolut Klasse.
