Recently stayed for a few days with a group of seven ladies for our book club beach trip. We loved having space to hang out in the living room to have morning coffee and chat and to play games in the evenings after dinner. The walk to the beach was about ten minutes. We loved the pool! The hosts were super quick and responsive whenever we had any questions before and during our stay and had great recommendations.

I’ve stayed in several homes in this neighborhood and this is by far the best. We had everything needed to accommodate our meal plans. The home is in great condition and stayed nice & cool during our summer visit.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Perfect location! We could easily walk to the beach, pools and restaurants. The house had plenty of bikes and beach gear for all of us to use. We tried all 3 of the pools on the property. All are very nice with plenty of chairs. House had all of the necessities for us. Check in/out was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back!

A Happy Spring Break

My family and I have stayed in Old Florida Village at least once a year for the past 15 years. We love Santa Rosa Beach. For us, the Old Florida Village is perfect. Two swimming pools (more important when my sons were younger), gated, quiet, across the street from the beach. It has a "neighborhood feel" even though you're at the beach.Beyond the Sea was perfect for our family of four. Clean and well equipped with modern appliances, televisions, and bedrooms on all three floors. Plenty of room to spread out. The front porch and porch swing were great for reading, scrabble playing, or relaxing. The house is near at the front of Old Florida Village, which makes it even closer to the beach and provides for easier entrance to and exit from the neighborhood. The owners are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
