In quiet area. Out of tourist zone. beach small but quiet & clean.

Needed minor repairs done to toilet seat in master & door to garage not working properly hard to unloct & then wouldn't unlock.

Bahamas Vacation

The house is new and in great condition. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the house and very private, we were the only ones who used it during our vacation. Having security at the gate to the community was a welcome benefit. Renting a car is a must if you're staying at this property. The house was around 35 minutes from the resort zone and not within walking distance of anything other than the beach. A car is needed for basics like buying groceries and for visiting other parts of the island. The gated community that the property isn't completed, so there is construction going on and you're across from an unfinished house. There was no noticeable noise from the construction however. To summarize, the house itself and the beach access were great, but you're far from almost everything and need to rent a car.
