Lovingly restored apartment in stone ensemble with sea view

The two stonehouses of Borgo Le Caselle (110 sqm + 120 sqm + 45 sqm) is located at about 700 meters above sea level, below the Monte Cocuzzo (1370m, on the southern edge of the Cilento National Park) and offer panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and mountains and the further situated Golfo the Policastro. Behind the house starts a Mediterranean holm-oak wood, are driven by the mornings and evenings goat, sheep and herds of cows on the mountain. In the scattered houses of the hamlet exclusively live peasants and shepherds families where you can buy fresh at the right time of year ricotta, lambs and eggs from happy chickens.
The nearest village, Tortorella is, 6 km away and is a typical Italian hilltop village with post office, butchers, bar and 3 "alimentari". Two small restaurants offer pizza and bodenstaendige dishes with local ingredients.
The sea (or Sapri Villa Mare) you can take the car in about 30 minutes via a winding road. The flat feinkieselige beach between Sapri and Scario is framed on both sides by a steep Felskueste with coves, Saracen Towers and especially clean water.

The Scuola Vecchia, formerly Schoolhouse of the hamlet, you enter a tiled terrace with Cotto. A 25sqm large kitchen with cooking island, handmade stone sink, sofa bed for a third person, dining table, TV, WIFI and fireplace welcomes guests with its warm atmosphere. A dressing room you get left in a bathroom with shower and bidet, on the right hand in a small bedchamber (double bed 160 x 200 cm) with exit to a small terrace and the oak forest. Below the apartment there is a narrow leafy garden strips with herbs.

The terraces offer a panoramic view of the mountains and valleys of the Golfo di Policastro and the sea on the horizon.

An outbuilding with washing machine, dryer and ironing board is available for free use, together with the Casa Soprana. Logs for the stove are provided in the colder seasons for you.
Linen and towels are at your disposal.

The adjacent oak forest invites wooden stilt house both young and old to play, gymnastics, lounging, reading or watching a star.
