There is also a living room with a fireplace and a family room with a TV and an upright piano. The screened in front porch you enter from has chairs to relax and a play house for kids. The basement has board games and an office to work. Very spacious and grassy backyard also has a BBQ grill.

For kids and babies the house is equipped with a crib, trundle bed, booster seat, child-friendly flatware, plates and cups, books and toys.

High-speed WiFi for allows for work/zoom from home.

Quiet suburban area. Walking distance to a park which has a playground (pictured), fields, tennis courts basketball court, walking path and an ecosystem.

Located on the Livingston border, close to 280 exit and a direct bus to the city is only 5 minutes away.

Please no pets and no smokers. We are very Covid cautious so we take great pride in doing extra deep cleaning, UV wand every room and air filters throughout the home. Families are preferred.

This is our primary residence, so is only rented out when we are out of town. Please confirm availability before booking.
