A stone's throw from the shops and the games square, the residence offers an ideal setting for vacationers wishing to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the resort and its activities.
There are numerous shops at the foot of the residence: shopping, ski shops, souvenirs, restaurants, bars, food, local products and bakeries.
The ski area can be easily reached by the slopes which cross the resort or simply by the main street which serves the Arare sector. The Dromonts ski lift in the center of the resort allows you to quickly reach the Plateau and Super-Morzine areas. Surface area : about 26 m². 4th floor. Orientation : South. Living room with balcony, sofa-bed (80x190), pull out bed. Bedroom with double bed (140x200). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (filtre et senséo), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings. Shower room with shower. Separated WC.
