Remise des clefs en dehors des horaire est simple et facile. L’appartement est idéalement situé, commerces et services sont au pied de l’a résidence.

Studio correct pour deux

Studio très bien située, à deux pas du centre-ville et commerces. Il est fonctionnel (matériel de cuisine). Cependant, ménage à revoir : les sols (joint de salle de bain noir), la cafetière inutilisable en raison du niveau de saleté et on a eu en cadeau la poubelle des anciens locataires.La literie est inconfortable car lit très petit. Par ailleurs, pas possible de profiter de la baignoire car le bouchon a été retiré. Il serait temps de prendre en considération les remarques sur le ménage !

Merci pour vos commentaires. Nous souhaitons vous informer que la machine à café a été nettoyée et que les joints de la salle de bain le seront aussi prochainement. Concernant le bouchon, un nouveau sera bientôt installé dans la location.

Studio simple mais sympa

Le lieu est simple avec une place de parking. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. L'Avre fait un peu de bruit mais on s'habitue assez vite. Quelle vue sur le Brévent et Planpraz !!!

sejour Chamonix

odeur toujours présente, sans doute du lino. Frigo pas assez froid. Plaque chauffante dangereuse et la plus grande ne fonctionne pas. Mitigeur douche chaud inversé avec le froid. multiprise coller au mur. plateau TV trop bas dangereux on se cogne facilement. Très mauvaise isolation phonique.
