We also love going to the beautiful vineyards / breweries, farms, restaurants / diners, and beaches. Hope we see you around and that you'll enjoy Greenport as much as we do :)
Why they chose this property
Completely new & renovated space! Entire home to yourself with driveway room for 2 cars, a front porch, back deck with patio furniture, grill, and spacious backyard.
What makes this property unique
The closest beach is at the end of 5th street (the house is on 3rd street). It is walkable, maybe a 15 minute walk. Or you can drive there, it is a public beach that has free parking. There are other beaches you can drive to: Truman's Beach and Town Beach. Note those beaches will be ~$20 for the day. There is also Orient Point State Park which is about a 10 minute drive and ~$10 / car. All are great options!
