War für den Preis okay

Eigentlich hatte ich für Mai gebucht. Wg. Corona musste ich stornieren und habe sofort die Anzahlung zurück bekommen. Die Buchung für Oktober hat dann geklappt. Kommunikation, Check-In waren sehr gut. Die Lage war nicht so schön, aber die Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut. Nur 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn, die alle 2-3 Minuten in die Stadt fährt. Leider hängt unter dem Fenster des 1-Bett-Appartments ein Aschenbecher, der, auch ohne dass er genutzt wurde, stinkt. Neben der Eingangstür hängt noch ein Aschenbecher. Der war voll und hat entsprechend gestunken. Im Appartement hat es modrig gerochen, obwohl alles top top sauber war. In der Dusche bildet sich Schimmel. Also alles in Allem für den Preis sicherlich total in Ordnung.

Es stimmt einfach alles, wenn man einen Kurzurlaub in Hamburg verbringen möchte. Super unkompliziert, Lage kann nicht besser sein und die kleine Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, 8-10 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahnstation und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Was mich leider gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung.

Der Aufenthalt gefiel mir sehr gut. Im Appartment war alles vorhanden und es lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung perfekt und sehr sauber. Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch die Lage der Wohnung etwas außerhalb der Hamburger City war nicht unangenehm. Ab und zu war der Verkehrslärm auf der Straße, auch noch in der späten Nacht etwas störend, aber dafür sind ja diejenigen verantwortlich, die den Lärm erzeugen. Die Jalousien an den Fenstern könnten etwas mehr verdunkeln.

Klein aber fein

Klein, aber alles vorhanden. Nur die angegebenen Parkplätze hinterm Haus gab es nicht mehr. Aber ansonsten war es sauber, und es war alles vorhanden. Die Küche war, vor allem was Besteck anging, sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer modern gefließt. Fernsehen und Internet funktionierten. Man hatte seine Ruhe, es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Gerne wieder.
