Safe, sunny, spotless on quiet suburban street. Visit family in Kenmore, Tonawanda, Amherst - 22 minute drive to Niagara Falls and 17 minutes to downtown Buffalo. Updated very comfortable 1920's family home1st floor entire apartment.

Custom kitchen with all modern appliances. Nice entertainment system. Very comfortable, recently professionally cleaned carpets.
