Located, as its name suggests, between three rivers—the Dordogne, the Cère, and the Bave—the "Les Trois Rivières" holiday rental will charm you with its peace and quiet and its proximity to the Dordogne River. In fact, you’ll love catching glimpses of and gazing at the Dordogne’s waters from your window. Forget the noise of the city—the only sound to disturb you will be birdsong. This former family home, with its beautiful exposed stonework, is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort: each room has its own bathroom, and the bread oven is still in working order! All you have to do is unpack your bags—linens and towels are included. Don’t forget to explore the highlights of our magnificent region: Rocamadour, Padirac, Autoire, and many others… Enjoy your holiday at the Gîte des Trois Rivières. The cottage is spread over 3 levels: Enter from the terrace into a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and TV (books and board games provided). A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), utility room with washing machine and dryer, cleaning and ironing supplies, and a separate bathroom. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 140x190 bed and a private bathroom with toilet; one of which has a TV. On the top floor, an attic bedroom with 2 90x200 beds and an adjoining bathroom. Unfenced property with a patio (outdoor furniture, umbrella, griddle), and a lockable outdoor storage area. Towels and bed linens included. Electricity (56 kW/h included per week; additional usage billed based on metre reading) and optional end-of-stay cleaning. Access to a municipal electric vehicle charging station located 1 kilometre from the cottage. This is a smoke-free cottage and is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
