About this property

Large beautiful lake front house on Silver Lake MI

We have decided to share our beautiful home on amazing silver lake. There is no place we love more. It is a great space to enjoy family and friends. The home has a large deck on the lake side to watch everyone enjoy the waterfront, a patio and private fire pit in back to chill in the evenings. The large yard by the lake is a great place to enjoy the sun and some yard games. The lake itself is a sand bottom and perfect to float and swim in. The rental comes with a long dock that is great to fish off, and we provide a place to tie up a boat if you have one, rental boats and jet skies are available on the lake

The inside is beachy and cozy, with a large living area and a huge table to enjoy meals at. The main house has three bedrooms and two full baths with a open inside loft with 2 twin beds. There is a loft above the garage with a queen bed and two twins and a pull out couch. There is a full bathroom there too. This property easily holds two to three families. We have a paddle boat for our guests to use and a stand up paddle board.

If you are a lake person or a dune buggy person you will absolutely love this place.

This house is located near the end of the lake close to the iconic Mac Woods dune rides.(That is a must do!). We are a mile from Lake Michigan a perfect distance to take a long walk to.

Come stay at our place and enjoy yourself!! It is time to vacation!

Beautiful home within minutes of SO MANY activito

Absolutely gorgeous home & property. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever need for entertaining, clean spacious & comfortable bedrooms. We had our entire blended family here...all the kids (27-13) & their "plus ones"... Plenty of activities to do at the house and in the area. We canoed, fished, SUP, crossed the lake and spent the day at the beach, rode the Sand Dunes everyday, rode bikes into town, Mac Dunes, rented tubes and floated down from Stoney Lake, found trails to hike the dunes to pristine beach on Lake Michigan. Grand Haven, Ludington, Pentwater are so close and so fun to visit... Definitely would recommend as a place for the entire family to have a great time☺️

Amazing home and location!

We were a family group including 83 year old to 12 year old. Amazing location! We are from out of state so didn't know the area. The house is exactly as it appears and is gorgeous. Lots of room indoors and the outdoor space is vast. Nice green lawn, many outdoor chairs and seating areas, fire pit and even a sandy spot for the kids to play. I'm delighted we stayed on Silver Lake as the water is warm and fun to play in. There is a large shallow area right in front of the house where we could swim, throw the frisbee, etc. Then we could also go to Lake Michigan quite easily, which was much more ocean-like with waves and cooler waters. We walked to the Whippie Dip each evening for ice cream - only two bocks away. Great fun taking the kayaks, SUP and paddleboat over to the dunes. Perfect spot - you cannot go wrong here! Jennifer is a great host!
