This home is perfect for game days or just a visit to the Classic City. Quaint 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath craftsman style house with open floor plan. Hardwoods throughout the main floor. Master on the main with beautiful on-suite with modern tile shower, double vanities, separate water closet and big walk-in closet. This bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress and 43" TV. Open living room with a huge sectional and 65" TV perfect for watching the game if you don't have tickets. The sectional has a full sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a half bath. Kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Plus a single serve coffee maker, blender and mixer. The kitchen bar has seating for 4 and the adjacent dining room table has seating for 8. Just off the dining room you will find a cozy screened in porch with a big, comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. Out the back porch door there is a small patio with a grill, table and 4 chairs that is perfect for outdoor dining and grilling. The backyard is huge and is perfect for corn hole (1 corn hole set provided), throwing the football, with lots of room for kids to run. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with their own on suite bath. One bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with 43" TV and the other has a queen memory foam mattress with a 48" TV. There is a cute reading nook that has a single futon that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements for the kids or a small adult. Just off the reading nook the french doors open onto a balcony that overlooks the tree lined street, the 2 rockers are the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The backyard parking area has ample room for up to 4 cars.

Graduation trip

We rented this house so the family could all stay together to attend my daughter’s graduation from UGA. I wish I had found this house 3 yrs ago instead of staying in hotel rooms in Athens over the years. The house is adorable and is way larger than it looks in the pictures. The whole family (8 people including my graduating daughter) was able to hang out together and enjoy all the festivities. The house has everything we wanted. It has a very modern open floor plan. There is a great screened in back porch and a huge fenced in back yard (where we played corn hole that came with the rental). The location is very convenient for everything we wanted to do and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. Renting this house was the best thing we could have done. Definitely a 5 star rental!

Perfect for UGA event

We had a group of six in town for an event at UGA for three days. The house was perfect for us. Easy access. Perfect location. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. Sadly, we were unable to chill on the back porch or use the back yard. We just didn’t have the time. Using this house was pretty close to what we would have paid for a hotel but way more convenient for our needs. I would highly recommend!!

Family Gathering

This is a great house! Everything you need for a awesome weekend in Athens. Loved the open living space and the kitchen was so perfect for a family to cook together… or put out catered food. Great screened porch and a fabulous yard. We will be back during football season!!
