Perfect Athens stay

The space was so lovely for my friends and I to stay in for a graduation and birthday weekend. Clean and comfortable space with great common areas and room for each of us to have private space. Will be staying again!

This home is very upgraded, just so beautiful!! We loved the door lock for entry, no key. There is plenty of room for a family. The screen porch is big with comfortable, very lovely!Thank you for letting us visit.We would like to come back next visit to Athens.Most sincerely,Michelle

Wonderful house!

My daughter’s bridesmaids stayed in this home for the weekend of the wedding in Athens. It worked perfectly for them to be comfortable, get their hair and make up done and just enjoy time together. Plenty of bathrooms and space for nine women!

No extra linens for the trundle bed so we had to take pillowcases and sheets from other beds to make try to make a sanitary And comfortable bed, no trash can liners in the bathrooms bins, and a very long list of checkout responsibilities. Beautiful house overall though

Great home

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and the beds were as well. It was very clean and had all we needed. (would have liked at least 1 full length mirror. We were going to a wedding and that would have been helpful) The rooms were very big and had great closet space. Todd was available for any questions and was extremely helpful. We would stay there again! Thank you!!!

The perfect group spot

I stayed here for my wedding weekend- along with all my bridesmaids! It was the PERFECT spot for first look pictures. There is so much beautiful natural light for getting ready and just enjoying the space! The location is near downtown and Normaltown-both great areas in Athens. 10/10 would recommend this VRBO to anyone I know! The host was so kind to us and went above and beyond to bring us champagne and let us check in a little early in order to get ready- a great way for us to start our weekend.

Athens property for wedding

House was very nice. Everything was high quality (appliances, towels, fixtures, ...). Location was central to everything we needed. Had a wonderful wedding and the place was perfect for our family!

Perfect property for Parents weekend in Athens

Everything was great, this I was our second stay and we were missing a few items this time ,‘like trash bags and dish soap but not a big deal. Perfect for 3 couples .

Great house

We rented this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend as a place to gather before and after activities. We had our 2 young grandchildren and 8 adults. There was plenty of place for everyone. The home was very clean and well taken care of and in a convenient location.Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.

2024 women’s swim and dive NCAA’s

We had an amazing stay, the house was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. Our house was incredibly kind and allowed us to host the swimmers and their families for an end of the meet dinner. They were incredibly appreciative and all commented what a fabulous house it was. Had a wonderful experience for our first time in Athens.

Perfection in Athens

The property was beautiful ,basically brand new very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location with easy access to Uga and downtown. We were in town for parents weekend and stayed with a couple of parents and we had our kids over on Saturday for brunch we had a great time.

This property is in the Heart of Normaltown Neighborhood with the ability to walk to many restaurants as well as Downtown Athens and both UGA's Health Campus as well as the main Campus including the Football stadium! The house was completed at the end of 2021 and we are excited to have you enjoy all the things that we love about Athens!
