Very quick replies from hosts to questions. Had 11 adults with plenty of room. House was very quiet, even main level primary bedroom did not hear main living room/kitchen noise. Check in/out easy. Great location to travel around Harbor Springs area.

We seemed to have everything we needed as a party of 10.Everyone was very comfortable. The only thing that was needed is that the light bulbs inside garage and on exterior were all burned out, which made it a little unsafe entering and exiting, because the only keypad for access is the entry door on the side of the garage. We did contact the owner and they said it would be taken care. No one came by to take care of it during our stay, but I’m sure they will take care of it before the next guests arrive. We would definitely come back because the house is very roomy, comfortable and close to downtown so we could enjoy all the attractions that Harbor Springs has to offer.

We loved our stay at this property. It’s a gorgeous house and everything was clean and well organized. We needed to contact the host a couple times and they were very nice and quick to respond.

Beautiful house with all amenities needed! Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Bring a couple of baggies/Saran Wrap, if you’d like. So much space, ping pong table and the fire pit for s’mores were a hit! We had spotty WiFi for a bit, but the owners helped remedy the situation. Very comfortable bedding, too. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful place for big groups!

Annual family winterfest
