This space is a cozy APARTMENT well appointed inside, with a beautiful oasis outside. This rental includes the apartment, AS WELL AS the private pool and Gazebo! The Centennial Hills neighborhood is minutes from hiking, parks, shopping, dining, PAIUTE GOLFING, Valley of Fire, Tulie Springs, Gilcrease farms, and nightlife. Enjoy a day swim in the pool & an evening of drinks and fun in the Gazebo. Prices quoted are for 2 guests. EXTRA GUEST FEE IS $110 PER NITE PER GUEST. If bringing a dog you must indicate this when you book. There is a $75 dog fee per dog. Brand new Full SIZE washer and dryer on premises

Comfy apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Great stay with a friendly and welcoming host.The apartment provided a quiet place within easy access to northern Las Vegas and local parks and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful backyard included with a comfortable veranda, which includes couches and a fireplace. I'd stay again on my next trip.

Perfect place

The apartment is exactly what we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and our host was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had the tools that we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Vegas.

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful backyard! The owner was welcoming and helpful. The property is only about a 20min drive from Red Rock Canyon, so very convenient to head out for a hike or scenic drive. The kitchen was well-equipped, so it was was to cook our own meals. Overall, a great stay!

Good place

Layout is a bit strange with several steps to get from room to room, and the light switches were confusing to find (we confused the carbon monoxide test button with a light and made a horribly loud noise), but the property is lovely and so the property manager was wonderfully communicative while staying out of our hair. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I recommend this place :)

Best couch in all of Las Vegas!

Look I normally don't go on my way to talk about a couch, but seriously the most comfortable couch to sleep on ever. If I thought I could have fit it to the door by myself I probably would have taken it home with me. If you stay here make sure to get check out that couch.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - easy access to strip/downtown, hiking, and neighborhood restaurants. Provided everything you need. Bed is super comfortable. Full fridge and stove if you prefer to cook yourself. Very welcoming host. Arrival cookies were appreciated. Nice neighborhood for a morning run. Great 4 night stay.

This place was awesome. When we walked in, right away we noticed it was spotless. All supplies that you can possibly need are in the unit, including the water and cookies that were ready for us. The bed in was very comfortable and when the door to it was closed, it silenced any noise from the tv in the living room. We head to Las Vegas a couple of times a year and we'll defiantly be looking to stay here again. Thank You so much.

Winter getaway

Soo happy with our stay! Bed was high end comfortable. Everything clean, neighborhood quiet. Backyard was super nice. Host was very friendly and went beyond the extra mile as we left some clothes and she mailed them back to us in Canada. 5 out of 5!

Great three week stay

Great three week stay while visiting our son. Perfect location and accomodations for my wife and our small dog. Spacious main bedroom and comfortable living / dining areas. We all especially enjoyed the beautiful gazebo and private fenced in yard. Bonus mountains views also. 20 - 30 minutes to most everything - Strip, Fremont Street, Arts District, and the many outdoor activities nearby like Red Rocks, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead / Hoover Dam, etc. Very responsive and communicative host.

You Won't Want to Leave

This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had in all of my travels. From beginning to end, it was phenomonal. The property is amazing. Very quiet, very clean, very cozy. Great amenities and you will not find a better hostess ANYWHERE. She pays attention to every detail and you won't find a more gracious or kind human being. This will definitely be a stop on my trail the next time I need a quiet retreat.

Perfect accommodations

This property and location were perfect for my preferences…away from the crowds and late night scene but very near many high quality options. The area has many parks for exercise, numerous shopping areas and restaurants with multiple cuisines. The actual property was all one could ask for: easy to find, great parking area, well lit, safe neighborhood. The inside was clean and roomy. Comfortable bed, well stocked cooking area. Property manager was very responsive. I will definitely stay again when in Las Vegas.

Amazing Pleasant Stay In Vegas!

When I arrived the house was spotless. A cozy and peaceful guest house in the suburbs of Las Vegas. Diane explained the ins and outs of the home when I arrived. Everything I needed was there which included A variety of coffee, tea, and bottled water. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting and a few pillows to choose from which was nice. Overall a great stay and if in the Vegas area in the future, it will be my destination of choice.

Las Vegas get away

This is an excellent property! Perfect for two, clean, quiet and comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond with answers to our questions and seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay. The drive to downtown Las Vegas is not long but all we needed for food and shopping was close in proximity. It would be great if VRBO had included instructions for the stay, then we would not have had to bother the property manager.

I read a review thatsaid the place was warm. Well, I don't understand, there are A/C units in the bedroom and the living kitchen area. This place is decorated so nicely, not odds and ends. Plush towels, a bottle of wine, a fridge full of bottled water, and a dish of oreos. The backyard is stunning, like a personal resort. We loved thearea and neighborhood. Diane, the owner both greeted us, and saw us off! What a wonderful stay in every way. Private resort, 15 minutes from casinos.

I chose this property in north side of city in order to view the local red rocks. Terrific backyard for dogs to run, outdoor gazebo was inviting, pool & spa fence enclosed for safety. Fast hot water for shower or bath. Stovetop and microwave for cooking in kitchenette. Comfy bed with ceiling fans and HVAC for any weather. Outdoor 110 plug gave my EV a little juice overnight. Walkable neighborhood and park close by

Very lovely getaway!

I did not notice how far it is from downtown, I did not rental a car so I opted to Uber which was a bit pricey given that it is far (did not bother me though, I prepared for this). However, if you are intending to be in a more quiet area then this is the place! There was a little hiccup checking in but Happy was absolutely lovely to communicate with and assisted very quickly. I did stay alone and so it was spacious enough for myself. Very clean and the backyard was beautiful! This is attached to the main house but I barely heard anyone else. I had a short stay but I would book again in the future.

What makes this property unique

The use of the entire back yard and all its amenities ARE included (Gazebo, fire pit, BBQ pits, fire table, Pool, SPA) is included in your stay and it is private!!
Located just north of Centennial Hills you will find Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument which is accessible from the neighborhood at Moccasin Road and Durango Drive. Further south off Durango is Tule Springs, an urban retreat which is the location of Floyd Lamb Park, Tule Springs Ranch Historic Site, and Tule Springs Archeological Site.
Among the other parks and playgrounds in the area is the main Centennial Hills Park, which features an amphitheater and has ice age fossil-themed trails and is built around a historic inverted riverbed. There are many hiking trails and mountains to climb. The activities are endless. Come one, come all!
