The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Chamrousse, this charming flat with mountain views, with a ski resort within walking distance, with a surface area of 68 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub
- Bedroom 2: with 2 twin beds (80x190) that can be made into a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: cabin room (no window) with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), with a door to the bedroom.
- A mountain area in the entrance hall, equipped with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), which can be closed off with a curtain
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A 17 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a chairlift and ski school 300 metres away, 3 ski rental companies less than 300 metres away, a grocery store 20 metres away, 4 restaurants less than 500 metres away...

Activities :
- Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing: Start of the ski runs 300 metres away with the start of the Bachat chairlift (4 places)
The ESF Chamrousse 1700 ski school is located at the foot of the chairlift, as is the lift pass office.
For cross-country skiing, the Nordic area is visible from the balcony and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

- Nearest airport: Grenoble 80 km (1 h 15 by car)
- Shuttle bus: Free shuttle buses run around Chamrousse, stopping in front of the building during the winter and summer seasons.
Other transport directions: Bus to "Gare d'Uriage" then up to Chamrousse with the T87 bus or blablacar or taxi.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €30/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
