LIVING AREA, SITTING AREA: 1 pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons (2 x 80cm / 190), flat screen TV, sideboard, carpeted floor, south-west facing balcony with garden furniture
KITCHEN: 2 hotplates, 1 oven - rotisserie, 1 microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker Senseo, kettle / small fondue set, raclette set, small dishwasher.
BATHROOM with bath and toilet, washing machine
MEZZANINE (stairs from the living room): 2 single beds (90cm / 190cm)
Furnished and equipped for 4 people maximum
