Excellent location & great value apartment

We had a great week in this apartment. It is compact and was perfect for us, two adults and two children. Great location very close to shops / restaurants and the gondola to the croissette. Communication with the owner was great. Recommend.

Apparemment trÚs bien placé au pied des pistes et des commodités. Hébergement propre et convenant parfaitement à une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. J'y reviendrai certainement l'année prochaine.

onverzorgd appartement

Bij aankomst waren we verbaasd over de staat van het verblijf. Er hangt een smerig douchegordijn in het bad, tevens heeft het bad meerdere slijtageplekken. Het nodigt niet uit tot even lekker douchen. De slaapkamer voor de kinderen in snikheet. Het tweepersoonsbed was opgemaakt met oude lakens en rook niet fris. Wat ons het meest heeft gestoord is de aanwezigheid van de conciërge. We zijn vooraf wel 4 keer gebeld. Wat fijn was dat hij ons heeft opgewacht. Eindschoonmaak kon niet gedaan worden voor betaling ivm niet beschikbaar zijn van schoonmaker. In overleg besloten om het zelf te doen. Na vertrek richting huis een onredelijke conciërge aan de telefoon die ontevreden was over de schoonmaak. Poetsen van badkamer/keuken/tafel en bank, plus afhalen en verzamelen beddengoed en vegen van woning werd als onvoldoende beschouwd. Gevolg een onredelijk gesprek op de terugweg. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug. Gebied is overigens fantastisch en hebben dagelijks heerlijk drankjes gedronken bij restaurant onder het complex. We komen zeker terug, maar gaan op zoek naar een beter verblijf.

Fantastisch verblijf

In het nette knusse appartement hebben we een top vakantie gehad. Guillaume heeft ons goed opgevangen en gaf ons waardevolle tips waar te eten. Het is zeker een aanrader en dicht bij de piste en alle faciliteiten!

Petit appartement fonctionnel et trÚs bien situé

Appartement trĂšs fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien. TrĂšs belle vue sur la montagne. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© Ă  6 (2 adultes et 4 enfants), c'est tout Ă  fait faisable pour un sĂ©jour au ski oĂč on est finalement peu Ă  la maison. Cette location est trĂšs bien situĂ©e : dans le quartier de Preyrand, l'immeuble est au pied des pistes et d'une remontĂ©e mĂ©canique gratuite pour La Croisette, on rejoint le dĂ©part des cours ESF en moins de 5 minutes et sans aucune difficultĂ©. Les magasins de locations de matĂ©riel de ski sont Ă©galement au pied de l'immeuble, ainsi qu'un supermarchĂ©, pas besoin de marcher, l'essentiel est lĂ ! Les seuls bĂ©mols : la porte d'entrĂ©e qui est trĂšs trĂšs mal isolĂ©e phoniquement et thermiquement et la baie vitrĂ©e qui laisse passer un peu d'air Ă©galement. MalgrĂ© tout l'appartement est trĂšs bien chauffĂ©, le radiateur permet de rĂ©gler la tempĂ©rature Ă  volontĂ©.

Appartement conforme à la description. Il est trÚs bien agencé et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié l'accÚs direct aux pistes depuis la résidence et de nombreux détails pratiques tels que rangements, proximité des commerces, situation au RDC. TrÚs bien !
