SPACIOUS & COSY DUPLEX (60m2), ideal for SUMMER and WINTER!

Beautiful duplex apartment, on the 3rd and last floor without elevator, 3 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, possibility of sleeping up to 8 people max - 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 separate WC. A large west facing balcony, beautiful view of La Masse mountain. Completely renovated, quiet apartment. The ski locker is on the ground floor of the residence. Residence Le Jettay very well maintained and located at the foot of the slopes and near the shops of the Croisette.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 double bed for 2 people
Bedroom 2 “Girls bedroom” (top): 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 “Boys bedroom” (upstairs): a bunk bed + 2/3 person sleeping drawer. Sleeping high is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Mezzanine: 1 double bed 2 people

Great space & convenient location

Great ski-in / ski-out location & closed to shops. Just that the listing did not mention about unit being at 3rd floor without lift, quite a climb up the stairs after day's skiing.

Lovely place with great mountain view

Wonderful mountain view with a beautiful sunset, everyday! We have been there with a group of 6 people. More than enough space for us :) Perfect place for a short trip but probably also for a whole week or longer. We had a great time, anytime again!

Fantastic stay in perfect location

We loved our time here - the apartment was the perfect size - it was cosy whilst also feeling very spacious with lots of beds, separate shower and bathroom, and a lovely living area with amazing views of Monte de La Chambre. It is the perfect location - you can ski in and out - have great views of the snow condition and 10 min to the supermarket. Also possible to park very close by and good ski storage in the boot room. Would definitely go back - loved every minute of it!

Voorteffelijke ligging aan pistes

Prettig verblijf in het ruime appartement met 4 aparte slaapruimtes. Jammer van de enorme geurhinder in de traphal en de badkamers.

Voyage avec notre association : parfaite accueille

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris pour notre logement, avec des couchages confortables, un accès aux pistes plus que rapide, et une vue sur les montagnes à couper le souffle ! Ce logement est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de ski, très fonctionnel il nous a permis de cuisiner et de dîner à plusieurs autour d’une grande table. je recommande largement notre hôte qui nous a répondu rapidement, à été au petit soin et nous a conseillé sur la station !

Les Ménuires en été!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette location, très propre, très spacieuse, très calme et aussi avec une très belle vue sur la montagne. Très bon accueil de la gérante et une jolie attention de la propriétaire qui nous a offert des spécialités de la région. La location est également très bien placée: proche de nombreuses randonnées, d'activités très sympas comme la via ferrata, VTT, Piscine... La montagne en été c'est vraiment merveilleux! Je conseille grandement!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine excellente. Tout était parfait et correspondait bien à nos attentes. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour une famille. Chacun avait son espace ce qui est assez rare en station de ski. La vue du logement est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Nous sommes très satisfait et n'hésiterons pas à revenir les prochaines années.

Agréable séjour aux Menuires

L'accueil a été cordial et professionnel. Nous avons par ailleurs apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue composé de produits régionaux. Le logement est fonctionnel et au calme. Bien situé par rapport aux commerces (en particulier la boucherie et le carrefour montagne). Point de départ idéal pour nos randonnées sur Saint Martin (Tougnète), Les Menuires (mont de la Chambre, Pointe de la Masse, lac du Lou) et Val Thorens (Galcier du Peclet)

Situation idéale, chalet au pied d'une piste verte pour partir skis aux pieds. Bien aménagé, parfait pour 2 couples avec enfants. Le seul petit bémol serait de pe obliger une société de nettoyage.

Appartement bien placé, spacieux, propre .. juste un petit bémol : des odeurs assez désagréables dans la salle de bains du bas.. Nous avons compris que le problème était pris en compte, mais l'appartement gagnera lorsqu'il sera débarrassé de ce problème !

Très bon séjour au ski

Appartement très bien situé, belle vue, beaucoup de rangements. Grand parking, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture lors du séjour, nous pouvions tout faire à ski. Merci pour l'accueil !
