European-styled space saving layout features an oversized studio with everything you need! Includes separate sleeping quarters w/ desk and a fully remodeled bathroom. This basement unit is accessible only through a back entrance but has use to a private deck. Guest must walk around back of the property to get into the unit. Washer and dryer included!
