Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

Birthday weekend getaway

Couldn't have asked for a better place to be to celebrate our birthdays! LOVED the cottage!!! Location was perfect for hiking, treasure hunting at local shops and bathing in the spring pools. Highly recommend

Cozy cottage close to Jefferson Pools

The accommodations were perfect for our party of 4 adults plus canines. The cottage was well equipped for all our needs. We'd definitely stay there again next time we come up to enjoy the Jefferson Pools...very convenient and the price was right!

Warm Springs Lavender Hill

This was a very welcoming property. It had everything you needed and was close to restaurants and the warm springs bath houses. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Great communication with the property manager. As experienced travelers, I highly recommend this property.

It was such a cozy and perfect cottage for a weekend getaway. The hosts are fantastic with communicating and have thought of a bunch of little touches to make the stay really wonderful. We loved that we could walk to a delicious restaurant for dinner (Waterwheel Restaurant at the Gristmill Square Inn). We came to Lavender Cottage for a relaxing weekend away and it was absolutely perfect :)

A lovely time!

We loved how much this cottage felt like someone's home. It was so cozy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the fire pit and reading some of the books on the shelves. And it was in a great location to boot, only a couple minutes from the pools Warm Springs. Pam, the property manager, was welcoming and let us know about a water issue (which did not affect the stayatall).

Charming cottage

My family of 4 stayed at the Lavender Hill cottage for a long weekend. The home is charming and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed the electric fireplace at night as well as the fire pit. The owner and property manager were communicative and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Mother/and 2 very special daughters weekend

The hostess was so responsive and nice. When we arrived she had the electric/gas fireplace going and Christmas music playing. It automatically relaxed us and set up a most enjoyable weekend. We will definitely be visiting again.

A Cottage on a Hill.

This little cottage is amazing. The location is great. The place is fully stocked aside from food. My only complaint is the flat bed pillows but I usually bring my own anyway but forgot this time! 10/10!

Cottage in Warm Springs

We rented this cute cottage for several days this winter. We immediately felt right at home! It is very close to the Warm Springs pools and accessible to Hot Springs and the Honestead, hiking and great restaurants. Communication with the host was perfect. We also loved being able to bring our dog. ❤️

Wonderful Stay at Lavender Hill Cottage

My two girlfriends and I stayed the weekend at the Cottage and enjoyed everything it had to offer. The owners and the manager were very responsive to every question we had. A perfect "Girlfriends Weekend!"

Perfect Bath County Basecamp

We stayed at Lavender Hill Cottage for a friendship reunion trip after the three of us hadn't seen each other at the same time in three years, now that we are spread so far across the country after college. This was the perfect house for our needs. The vibe is so cozy, the village center in Warm Springs is walkable, and the central location within the county makes this cottage the ideal basecamp for exploring all the natural and culinary attractions Bath County has to offer! This was my second time staying here, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Charming

Lavender Hill Cottage is charming. There was plenty of space for the four of us. The cottage provided everything we needed for our annual girl's getaway. The waterfall was less than a half hour away and wad was breathtaking. The Warm Springs, which are just down the street, were fun and relaxing.Thank you to our wonderful hostess. Communication was easy and the VRBO was just as nice as described. Thank you so much.
