The stay was amazing, the hous was warm and welcoming and the beds were comfie! There was ample room for my dogs to run around on the property and aven a small fenced in area to let them out for a quick potty trip. Amazing place to stay, cook and relax with friends and family!
We had a marvelous stay at The Manse. Its spacious & cozy, has a well stocked kitchen, great board games and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the heat from the pellet stove and the ease of the location. Highly recommend and will return in the warmer months!
My three girlfriends and I had the best time staying at the Manse! The house was perfect for our needs. We visited the Warm Springs Pools and definitely recommend!
We loved our stay at the Manse. This was a return visit. We come from all over the country to spend a few days together. The Manse is lovely, warm and a part of our family!
Our family celebrated Thanksgiving at The Manse this year and it was a wonderful place to gather with family. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed to do a big Thanksgiving meal for our large family. The home is beautiful and has a great layout for large gatherings. We also loved being within walking distance to the Warms Springs Gallery and the Waterwheel Restaurant.
This property exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Cozy to sit by the pellet stove and chat while sipping some cocktails. We enjoyed every minute and the host answered our last minute questions quickly. Highly recommend!
The hosts have thought of everything. Rooms were comfortable and spread out which was great for privacy. Many comfortable places to sit alone or with the group. Very dog friendly. Great location. Thank you so much for a delightful home where we relaxed and enjoyed the gracious accommodations.

The Manse is an incredible home and we had a great stay for a girls weekend. The home is beautifully decorated, has really neat history and huge bedrooms that were so cozy and comfortable. Leigh was wonderful at helping with anything we needed. Highly recommend staying here, we are hoping to come back someday!
This charming home pairs elegance with a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfectly. When we weren't exploring the area, we found the living room to be a spacious and cozy retreat for all of us to relax together.
I'm hopeful for another chance to make memories in this delightful home.
Unique and enjoyable stay. Surrounding area was beautiful and far enough from the crowds of Lexington. The property provided enough space for a large group so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other.
THE MANSE WAS JUST PERFECT FOR US. I SLEPT IN THE PEARL BEDROOM. THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING. WE LOVED THE COFFEE STATION, THE PELLET STOVE, THE WARM SPRINGS, ALL OF THE HISTORY SURROUNDING US.
This by far was one of the best homes my family and friends have had the pleasure of staying. When we first walked in, we were welcomed by such a beautiful smell. We felt an abundance of warmth walking throughout the home. We were all overjoyed to stay in such a lovely home and plan to book again! Leigh you have a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing with us!
Plenty of space for all guests. Enjoyed playing chess and card games from the game cabinet. Wifi was most needed as surrounding areas had no service. Bedrooms did not have TVs.
We stayed at this lovely property to celebrate my Mothers 75th and my Aunt’s July birthdays. It was spacious, well decorated and well furnished in each room. We loved looking at all the artwork and tasteful decor. We enjoyed cooking breakfasts in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen every morning. The Warm Springs gallery and cafe had wonderful salads and snacks for lunch. Fun antique stops nearby and a short drive to Hot Springs as well. We enjoyed the newly renovated baths both days - such a lovely treat!! We also had excellent dinners at the Tavern Inn and the Gristmill Inn (with walking distance). Warm Springs is a lovely town and Leah was a wonderful host with great communication. We hope to return to the Manse again soon. It was the perfect relaxing spot for our ladies getaway!
There were 4 of us—my husband and I and our friends from Canada. We were also meeting other friends who rented another house. The first night we enjoyed a happy hour in 4 seasons porch and then cooked. The other evenings we went out to eat. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment and was easy to cook in. We enjoyed the patio with fire pit every night and loved it. Patio was probably our favorite space.

We appreciated the ambiance of an older house with original wooden floors, their creaks and all.
Our group of lady golfers loved the charm of this old house. There were many spacious areas to gather for fun and dining. We did not cook this trip, but the kitchen was very well stocked. The decor was very appropriate to the house and fun to browse. Most importantly (in my opinion), the beds were very comfortable making for a perfect stay.
We had an amazing time at the Manse and Warm Springs. The house had everything, was cozy and the communication with our hosts fantastic. We enjoyed the area as well taking the waters at the pools and dinner at the Waterwheel. I cannot wait to go back!
The Manse is a very special, welcoming home. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the kitchen and baths were thoroughly stocked with every need. The back porch area was a perfect gathering spot for friends and dog. We did a lot of cooking, including grilling out. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks, Leigh!
stayed here with my immediate family including my 2 year old nephew. the house is SO cute and loved that we could walk places from it, including the waterwheel restaurant. the host even messaged me with some recommended things to do and see! whether you have a small group, large group, friends, or family, this is the perfect house no matter who you're traveling with!
We had a wonderful time at the Manse. It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas! It had all the amenities we needed. Very convenient to visiting the Homestead, and the Waterweel restaurant next door. The Garden Cafe and gallery is not to be missed, either. The manse very comfortably accommodated us and all communication was clear. Definitely recommend!
