Condo is located on the top - 3rd Floor- #337- Comfort of No noise above you! You'll feel truly relaxed, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and the sound of the ocean waves breaking on scenic Wailua Bay. For your convenience, we have a New Washer & Dryer in unit.
(Our building B 3) is just far enough away from the neighboring restaurant, Lava Lava, that you do not hear the noise from it at night)
Lae Nani is only eight short miles from Lihue Airport (LIH). The ocean view, penthouse suite allows one to have a bird's eye view of the immaculate grounds leading directly to the beach. The beach includes a rock protected pool at one end, ideal for small children.

808 sq ft-- 1 BR & 1.5 BA - Sleeps 3 in Condo, 1 Bedroom - All New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Perfect blend with large 24inch tile flooring in kitchen entryway and bathrooms. Brand new Bamboo Memory foam Cariloha split King w/ remote to customize your base to your favorite sleep position + Super comfortable (double size) Murphy Bed/Desk combo in living room. It has an open gourmet kitchen and granite counter tops looking out to ocean, 3 large oversize swivel lounge chairs, stackable washer & dryer in unit.. The living room has sliding doors to your lanai with New outdoor loveseat or table w/four chairs to enjoy breakfast , sunrise, watching whales or sunset for cocktails. There is a new large TV in the living room and new wall mount in the bedroom. Overhead fans are in each room.
For your convenience, we offer coffee/cream/sugar for first couple mornings, tea, All soaps; liquid bath, liquid hand, dish, dish washer & laundry soap. We provide cling wrap, foil, salt/pepper, toothpicks, pitcher of filtered water in the frig & reusable bags for grocery shopping.
For outside fun we offer Beach towels, 3 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, fins, masks, snorkels, rafts, noodle, ice chests, boogie boards, hiking sticks, large rain umbrella, spike ball & bocce ball.

Lae Nani property offers a wonderful list of amenities: Gas barbecues, lighted tennis/pickle ball private court. Swim in the large, salt water, heated, ocean front pool or walk along the white sand beach affronting the property which continues to a protected cove called Baby Beach, perfect for little ones. Lae Nani is also adjacent to an ancient Hawaiian heiau. Immerse yourself in the unique culture of this area.

The tradewinds provide nice cool breezes through the units and ceiling fans assist. The louvers in the Master bedroom can be opened along with the louvers in the living room to allow for the flow of air. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom.

Nearby places & activities: Lae Nani condos are tucked away off a quaint side street in Kapaa, walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, Farmers Market on Tuesday & Thursdays, Passion Bakery, Imua Coffee, Bull shed, Hukilau Lanai known for their excellent local cuisine, as well as Lava Lava Beach Club right next door, with great tropical craft cocktails food & tables in the sand.

Great Unit with Lots of Extras!

The unit was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly every utensil I could ask for! And the storage closet on the lanai contained four beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, three sets of snorkel gear, and an assortment of floatables for the pool or ocean! We stayed 10 nights and having the washer and dryer was huge! GREAT stay!

This unit is clean, spacious, and has a fantastic view of the ocean! Everything we needed (beach towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, and more) was included! The Lae Nani property is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is clean and large. Also, this property is right next door to the Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava. And staying in Kapaa meant we could visit all parts of the island with just a short drive. We are so glad that we rented here!

Our stay was amazing. The views of the ocean and garden area were fabulous and we loved hanging on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the property had all off the amenities we needed. It was very clean and was better than we expected. The pool was great too! The ocean has a wave protected swimming area that was perfect for our daughter. The hosts communicated well and were easy to reach when needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Great Location & Accommodations

We loved staying at Egidio and Cheryl's ocean front property in Kapaa. We made use if the large pool and pickleball court. The November ocean breeze was delightful and we never needed to use the A/C unit in the bedroom. The condo is nicely appointed, very well stocked, with labeled light switches and clear instructions. The property is well maintained with nice landscaping and a gated access that adds to the sense of security and safety. We were very close to many local restaurants, food trucks, the ocean trail, and Safeway as well as Costco and the airport which were less than 20 minutes away. The owners were great hosts and will stay here again on our next trip back.

Beautiful top floor condo with all the comforts at home. Our hosts made our evening check-in easy. Was comfortable for two beds that included one Murphy bed in the living room. Views of the beautiful Pacific from the lanai. Would definitely recommend and love to book again! Nice to have food options nearby & ate at Lava Lava one night. Kauai is such a magical island! My wife and I were married in Kauai over 21 years ago. We have been coming to Kauai for many years and just love it here! We bot h lived in California most of our lives. We travel every year on vacations to various places, when my wife retired a few years ago, that's when our adventure finally began. We relocated to Costa Rica and lived there for 2 1/2 years. When the virus worsened in Costa Rica, my wife's son (who lives in Kauai) urged us to come to Kauai....which we did! We have been living here for 2 years now and just love everything about it. We just traveled to Portugal for 3 months and enjoyed the wonderful food and amazing people (did I just toot my horn since I'm Portuguese)? We are happy to now have a place to come back to in Kauai.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with Lae Nani. We would take walks in the morning, along the beach and we would walk right by Lae Nani. We notice the absolutely, stunning , well kept grounds and picturesque ocean views. The grounds at Lae Nani are alos very spread out. Which means you're not on top of each other (which we like). We love the peace and quiet if you want to read a book on a lounge chair under a palm tree. Yet Lae Nani is close to nice beaches, bike trail, stores, restaurants and to Lydate park.

What makes this property unique

Stunning view, quiet, spread out grounds, one of the largest pools we've seen at a condo in Kauai and its a heated, salt pool. And larger 1 bedroom unit with 808 sq ft.
