Beautiful ocean views greet you upon entering this 3rd floor unit at Lae Nani. Recently renovated with a fresh and light decor and new laminate floors in May 2025! This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit with comfy King Sized Bed has a lanai out front to enjoy that oceanview during a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Laundry room downstairs for all units to use. New patio furniture coming in June.

Near Lae Nani you'll find shops and restaurants within walking distance. Award winning Hukilau Lanai is an easy stroll away for dinner, cocktails and live music. The ever popular Lava Lava Beach Club is just a few steps away for breakfast or cocktails with your feet in the sand.

Coconut Plantation Marketplace offers shopping at boutique shops or picking up groceries for meal prep. Enjoy the close proximity to a coastal pedestrian path which meanders along the coastline for beautiful ocean side strolls.

Lae Nani has a great lawn for guests to enjoy alongside its heated swimming pool, BBQ area and a small, under utilized beach fronting the complex. Enjoy the exquisite landscaping that Lae Nani ground crew provide.

Perfect Getaway

This spot was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The condo was clean and large. We enjoyed the pool every day. The ocean is right outside and was great for tide pooling at low tide. It is also walking distance to a small market.

Amazing views, great location.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The views from the lani were spectacular! The property was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. The only downside was that the vinyl flooring in the condo really needs to be replaced, it's chipping and coming up in places. But, it would not stop us from staying here again. We had a great week!

Fantastic Stay

This was a beautiful condo on a gorgeous property right on the beach! Martie, the property manager, was very available for questions and information. The overall location on the island was excellent. The only negative (and this has nothing to do with the property specifically) is there are serious traffic issues on the main road heading past the turn off for the condo. This makes even a short drive to the store just north such a headache to get back.

Upon arrival, the unit was super clean. Martie Law made sure all was perfect.Our family walked down the beach to the Lava Lava restaurant several times. Our granddaughter loved riding the boogie board provided. The beach in front of the complex was perfect. We'd definitely recommend this location .

Family friendly oasis

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had a lovely view of the beach and we enjoyed all the amenities offered in the condo and surrounding it. I’m impressed with Martie’s organization and details to keep her guests comfortable. We loved the decor from the seashell fixtures to the wicker furniture. There is laundry and dryer available in this complex but you need quarters for this. The best restaurant on the island is a 10 minute walk from this condo called hukilau lanai. We noticed a lot of families staying in this complex and my husband and I would love to return with little ones in the future. Thanks for the accommodation!

The location is lovely... Property Manager is hard to get ahold of......

We had a wonderful stay - the property is quite nice, great location to surroundings, restaurants, shopping. We had some issues with the property manager. Confusing check in info - problems with towels, tub drain - It was difficult to get ahold of Marty - I called twice and got VM. Be careful of misc. charges to your damage deposit.

Felt right at home in paradise!

We loved this place. Everything you could need is provided. All the necessary cookware and spices. Plush, clean bath towels and large beach towels. The cooler was useful for taking down to the pool which has an incredible view of the waves breaking. It truly felt like our own home for the week. We were worried about not having air conditioning but it wasn’t an issue at all. We stayed in October and though it was still warm outside in the days, all the fans made it comfortable inside both day and night. Appreciated how easy it was to check-in...literally just show up when you’re ready and get the keys from the lockbox outside. And they had very little required for checking out as well. Felt like we were just trusted to treat the place like adults. Great great great lanai - beautiful ocean views and lots of space. Tip: the traffic in the area can get a little heavy at peak hours because it’s a very populated area. But you’d never know it inside the grounds where it’s very private and quiet. Hope to come stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location and basic amenities were nice. There is an issue with the flooring -as a contractor and for liability purposes I recommend replacement. The broken edges and material type is not suitable for location and can lead to cut feet. Additionally the master bath sink plunger armature / actuator is not functional crating a plugged sink. Easy fix

Here for a short stint.

Martie the host was extremely responsive and helpful for any suggestions that you might have. The complex is extremely secure and has plenty of nice to haves… like a small (basically your own beach, with a rock enclosed are for the big wind and big wave days, a pool and access to some Barbecues. Close to shopping (under 5 minutes by car) and pretty close to the airport (15 minutes). We picked this area to stay as it was almost perfect to go North or South or to the west side with a maximum drive of 1 hour. Stayed out all days except one day from sun up (7:00 am to sunset 6:50pm). Lots to do. Looking forward to coming back in a few years!

Perfectly Located Gem

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon. The place was clean, had everything we needed to be able to cook meals for ourselves, and we appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels. The new bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the lanai watching the waves in the bay. We also used the community grills, pool, and laundromat. Everything on the property was well maintained and easy to use. We came in February, so it was cool enough to not need AC, with temps around 65F each night. However, we could see that during warmer times of the year it could get hot in the rental. The floor is in need of a little tlc, as the wood is warping from the humidity, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay. Our host, Marti Law, was excellent at communicating with us about checkin and she provided many helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do on the island. We would hands down come back and stay at this place!

Disappointed with nice property

Nice property, however, owner is not keeping it up to date or clean...NO A/C and the fans don't work ... come on.also, I have sensitive skin and got a bad rash on my hip from the bed... only stayed 3 nights, had to were t shirt and boxers so rash would not get worse. Spent 7 night at Marriott and it didn't get any worse. Home now and went to urgent care... fungus rash caused from bed. Taking meds for it... don't stay here until they replace the bed and clean the mattress cover every time!!!

Great home base

We didn’t spend much time here as we were out exploring a lot but it was the perfect home base. Roughly equi-distant from North and South, walkable to a market and restaurant, lovely, well-maintained setting. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond. A very comfortable place!

Beautiful Setting

This could easily have been a five star review. The view and grounds are beautiful. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by including a wonderful ocean front spot right next door. Being on the west coast provided easy access to the wonders of both the north and south coasts. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture and bed clean and comfortable. Not an issue for us, but bathrooms a bit dated and you need to be able to walk up 3 flights to access the apartment. Also note, there is no air conditioning but it wasn’t needed for our stay… the ceiling fans and the ocean breeze were perfect. Parking a bit tight but always found a spot. All said, I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful view

The view is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans that we needed to make breakfast including a coffee maker and a toaster. Quick walk along the path to Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner.
