We absolutely loved this place. Fantastic amenities, perfect location to get around the whole island, great little shopping area in walking distance and beautiful sunrises. Loved the privacy of the small beach and the patio. We will absolutely be back and would look to stay here again and again!

Just beautiful!

This is a fantastic spot. The beach is lovely directly out front with sea turtle and cove access. An easy walk to stores and restaurants. Also very comfy and lots of extras for the use at the beach and on hikes. I highly recommended this condo.

We've stayed at Lae Nani a handful of times and this is by far the nicest unit we've found. It was tastefully renovated, thoughtfully decorated, and fully stocked with beach gear. The ground floor unit worked well for our family, we'll definitely be staying again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a week on Kauai. Great condo for a family of 4… nice cool bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, comfy living and dining areas. We loved being on the beach and having a large pool to play in as well. The condo had chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a cooler which came in handy while exploring the island. I hope we can come back!!

Incredible condo steps from the beach. Fantastic views. One of the best condos at Lae Nani with ground floor walk-out to gardens/beach. 2 large bedrooms with 2 ensuites. Everything you could wish for in a condo. Owner was super responsive and accommodating to our needs. Steps from Lava Lava Club for live music. 100% we will be back!!!

A slice of paradise

Words cannot begin to describe how lovely of an experience we had staying at this property. We have stayed Lae Nani in the past, but this particular unit far exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, well kept, and had a lovely charm that resonated with our family. Correspondence with the owner was easy and the local management company was very reachable and quick to respond. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Unit was nicely furnished. Really appreciated all the beach and pool toys. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, large cooler bag, hard sided cooler, pool floaty chair things, boogie boards, beach towels, lots of other things we didn’t get too. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to go again soon.

When can I return...

If I could purchase this property for a home I would in a heartbeat. Joshua was incredibly responsive we had a minor issue with the plumbing and it was fixed within 30 min. Great place!

The condo looks to be fairly newly renovated and the decor is beautiful. The ability to walk straight out to the beach is priceless. The unit had lots of extras like beach gear, cooler, household items, etc. This all put the icing on the cake. The property manager was very prompt with responses and easy to communicate with. My only complaint is that it could use a good deep clean in some areas. That being said, I would totally stay here again.

We had a fabulous time and the condo is in an excellent location and perfect for a family with small children. The ac unit in the guestroom was difficult to get working and not consistent during our stay. The water heater stopped working, but the owner got back to us the next day to make sure it was resolved. I felt the unit needed some blankets for the bedrooms and living room. Kid friendly cups with lids andwould be a nice addition too as we ended up purchasing our own.

Beautiful grounds and setting.

When we arrived the condo was not clean. We reached out to Joshua and he responded promptly and sent the cleaning person over and refunded our first nights stay. The condo is beautiful and had all the supplies we needed including beach chairs and towels. It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Beds were very comfortable and had nice bedding. The main bedroom had a patio door but was missing the screen door. It would have been nice to be able to leave the screen door open for the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. Overall a nice place with beautiful grounds.

Overall the place is great but there are a few things you might want to be aware of. If you have noisy upstairs neighbors you will hear them - the people above us during our trip tromped so loudly it felt like elephants were overhead. It is NOT in a resort / high end area which may or may not appeal to you. Like most of the rest of Kauai the area is low key and laid back and there’s easy walking access to a shopping area called Coconut Marketplace with a well stocked convenience market and decent restaurants. There’s a Safeway just down the street for groceries. The beach outside is beautiful but not great for walking or swimming. But it’s midway between Hanalei in the north and Poipu in the south so the location is good. You can’t see it in the pics but you’re very near the main road and you CAN see cars and a bridge in the distance. As long as you’re clear on what you’re signing up for, there’s a lot to love here. My family and I had a great stay here and, the incredibly heavy-footed upstairs people aside, I’d return.

Very nice condo in a great location

My wife and I recently stayed in this condo which is very central to nearly all activities in Kauai. We had a minor issue checking in but Joshua was immediately available and responsive--so no big deal. The place is very clean, well stocked with everything you need including a well supplied kitchen. We mostly ate dinner out but there is a nearby Safeway to buy groceries (which we did for breakfast). We were just two people but two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites could have easily handled two couples. Bed was very comfortable (only tried one but other looked similar). The patio looks out onto a nice lawn and beach. Nice twenty minute walk along the beach immediately outside. It is a ten minute drive from the airport to secure parking, a five minute walk to coffee places and two minute walk to Lava Lava restaurant for lunch or dinner. Fifteen minute drive to golf courses, multiple hikes. I thought the north coast was a long way away but Anini Beach (great spot for swimming and snorkeling) was only about thirty minute drive--Kauai is smaller than you think! About thirty minute drive to Waimea Canyon (the other direction). Kauai is beautiful and this is a great, convenient place to enjoy it from!

Heaven on Earth

My husband, sister, brother-in-law and I thoroughly loved this home! It’s very comfortable and has all you need to enjoy a low key vacation. There are beach chairs in a closet, a nice little library of books to read, laundry and a nice kitchen. Tip: We stopped at Costco after we landed and bought things for a few meals at home which was perfect. Btw, it’s fun to see all the local foods and amazing snacks at the Costco there. Big bonus was no need to buy ice and water bottles. The tap water tastes soooo good and there are ice trays in the freezer. We brought our Stanley cups/bottles which also eliminated the need to buy water when we were out exploring. We sat comfortably outside on the patio for most meals. At night you can open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, or close it up and enjoy some AC. The common areas at the condo are beautifully cared for. A Timeless Treasure - The Best Property on the East Side of Kauai

Our family vacation stay at the Lae Nani Turtle Suite & in The Blue Hawaii unit was nothing short of magical. Lae Nani is truly is the best property on the east side of the island, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and tranquility. We rented 2 units from Joshua and he was simply the best, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The art, amenities and ground floor location was perfect for grandpa and his two young adult grand children. Everyone felt special. Blue Hawaii was the perfect upstairs getaway from the kids and all were so happy with the comfortable beds and large televisions that were used to watch specific baseball games & golf matches. These Lae Nani properties are a timeless treasure. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning ocean views, immaculate grounds, and the relaxed atmosphere. The suite itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. One of the highlights of our trip was just swimming in the ocean steps from our suite. The water was perfect, and we couldn't help but feel like we were in the movie *Cocoon*. Each swim left us feeling happier, rejuvenated, and somehow younger. It's truly a special place where the magic of the ocean works wonders on the soul. If you're looking for a slice of paradise with the best owner and the most perfect ocean water, the Lae Nani properties of Blue Hawaii & The Turtle Suite are the place to be!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Joshua, our host, was very responsive to all our needs. The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided us with lots of extras. The property is lovely and we never saw one chicken/rooster on the property!!! To us, that was a welcome sign. No need for 3 a.m. wake up calls while on vacation. There were minor issues with the microwave and the washer, but I'm sure Joshua remedied all that!
