Bayhouse Townhouse Condo
This condo has a unique location at the bend of a canal that opens into Canoe Lake. Great views from the upper and lower decks. Private boat slip right at the back door. Please Note: This property does have a private owners only launch, at the moment we are unable to supply access to this launch. There is a public launch known as Fulton Beach Boat Ramp 1 mile up the road with nearby trailer parking. If you would like to use our boat slip to park your boat feel free to do so. The Bayhouse Condominiums have a designated boat trailer parking section near the 2400 block of the condos. There is a 48 hour maximum parking limit for boat trailers.

There is a Bedroom and Bath downstairs with a King size bed and Two Bedrooms that share a Hollywood Bath upstairs. One bedroom has a King size bed and the other has three twins. NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTALS IN THE WINTER

cleanliness and small bathroom

was subpar for cleanliness, found dead lizard in plain sight in master bedroom, wife NOT happy mopping in other parts of downstairs was not up to par, hair etc seen no key to the boat launch was a big part of this choice, and we were not able to use it as there was no key to lock location is best ever seen Bathroom downstairs unbelievable nice shower, but consumes almost all the downstairs toilet area making it very difficult to shut door

Great Family Townhome!

Beautiful Family Friendly Townhome! Super comfortable for my with extra room for an amazing price. Rockport is a cute town with some great fishing and great food! Port Aransas and White Cap Beach are a quick ferry boat ride away! We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

One good one bad

Upon arrival we discovered that the photographs of the listing in the third bedroom did not match the verbiage. We saw three beds that the description listed only two. Property manager was very quick and responsive to make good on the third bed. However, a leak under the sink in the kitchen left us high and dry for right at 24 hours. The plumber that was sent was responsive and knowledgeable, but by the time he arrived my 84-year-old father had instituted a repair so we could get started on cooking for a family reunion. Overall I would rent the unit again and I would say that the property management company did the best they could. It was just an unfortunate event.
