The accommodation is as follows:
Main house
- A 47 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ...
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
Bedroom annexe
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two children's beds in the attic (impossible to stand up).
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron.

Outside:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8x4m), open only from 1 May to 30 September with security alarm - security fence.
- A lovely 460 m² enclosed garden running around the house, with summer kitchen area and garden furniture.
- An 80 m² terrace, part of which is covered, with furniture to make the most of fine weather

The house is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities
- On the lake: Sailing school, boat hire, wakeboarding, canoeing, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming...
- Lac de Cazaux is the 2nd largest freshwater lake in France and is ideal for families with children, thanks in particular to its sandy beaches where the shallowness of the water gives it a lagoon-like feel.
- Around the lake: Walk or cycle through the forest.
- La dune du pilât, l'îles aux oiseaux, le banc d'arguin.
- Arcachon
- By the ocean: surfing (30 min by car)
- Biscarosse Aquapark (40 min by car)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 1 hour by car

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
