Spacious and quiet 2-room apartment on two floors, 45m2, facing north. Ground floor: living/dining room with a fire place (just for show, not to be used). Phone, radio and TV. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Raclette set. Coffee machine CHICCO D'ORO. Shower/toilet/sink. Gallery, half open to the living room: 2 single beds (2x80x190) low to the floor, bath/toilet/sink. Garage. Shared washroom and ski/bike room. This apartment is suitable for young guests without children. Animals are not allowed. Non-smoking.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Polaschin D is one of several new houses built in 1990 in the Engadine style at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross country skiing runs are near the house. The cableway Corvatsch is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. Busses run during the winter season every 30 minutes in all directions. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.

Wir kommen schon seit langem in die Wohnung und wurden immer gut betreut. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass es wegen Umbauten in einer anderen Wohnung zu einer Lärmbelästigung kommen könne. Dennoch wollten wir in der gebuchten Wohnung die Woche im Engadin verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil ist der Lüfter über dem Herd. Dieser ist extrem laut.

Insgesamt für unsere Bedürfnisse gut eingerichtet; sehr sauber; Bettwäsche und Handtuchset prima; einziges Manko: Betten für uns ältere Menschen unzumutbar (10cm auf dem Boden erhöht mit massiver Schräge - beim Aufstehen gefährlich!). Komplette Wohnanlage gepflegt und sehr sauber; angenehmer Zugang zur Tiefgarage

Für uns die mit der ÖV reisten war es super dass wir die Schlüssel bei Anreise am RHB Schalter abholen konnten und bei der Abreise in der Wohnung liegen lassen konnten. Top! Freundlich , unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Top Lage. Bushaltestelle, Wanderweg und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung.

Wir mieten die Ferienwohnung seit 1998, inzwischen buchen wir bereits rechtzeitig im vorherigen Sommer. Alles geht problemlos. Gut war erstmalig der Tipp, dass wir das Auto kurzzeitig zum Ausladen vor das Haus stellen dürfen. Das war sehr praktisch. Wir fühlen uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl.

Le Joint du four était décollé, le rideau de douche était cassé, et réparé avec un élastique On aurait aimé recevoir la carte pour la machine à laver sans devoir la demander et revenir la chercher chez LOGA Nous avons été très satisfaits du service fourni pour réserver et payer l appartement en appelant LoGA, après avoir eu de la peine à le faire via internet ( booking/ Airbnb) Bien organisé, accueil chaleureux
