APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Bright 3-room flat on the 1st floor in a quiet, sunny south-east location, approx. 70 m2. Living/dining room with fireplace and balcony (garden furniture available). TV, WLAN. Separate kitchen with oven. 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink and window. Separate WC/sink. Sauna in the house (for a fee). Cosy and comfortable furnishings. Garage parking space. Laundry room for shared use. Pets are allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Chesa CrestAlta was built in 1980 in the Engadine style and is located at the entrance of the village. The Corvatsch cableway is within walking distance (5 minutes). Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets can be reached by foot. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of other sports can be practised in St. Moritz.
