Double room with double bed (two single mattresses 90x200). Shower/toilet/sink. Radio, TV and phone. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee machine Chicco d'Oro. Cheese and meat fondue dishes available. Garage (height 1.50m). Shareable ski room. Non-smoking apartment. Animals are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Splendura is a recently built house at the entrance of the village, opposite to the post office. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 15 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 1km away. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. There is a bus stop in front of the house. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
