2½-room apartment on the 2nd floor, approx. 55 m2. Balcony, south-east facing position, with lake and mountain view. Entrance with large wardrobe. Bright living/dining room with 2 sleeping facilities (160x200). 1 double bedroom with double bed and single mattresses (2x90x200). Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette available. Parquet flooring throughout the flat. Garage space available (car lift. Height 1.50m). Ski room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Splendura is a recently built house at the entrance of the village, opposite to the post office. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 15 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 1km away. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. There is a bus stop in front of the house. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Alles völlig unkompliziert und angenehm Die Information, dass die Wohnung bereits eine Stunde früher bezogen werden kann, war sehr erfreulich. Mein Mann hatte leider vor 9 Monaten einen Herzinfarkt und die Höhe war etwas belastend, so dass wir leider nicht mehr kommen werden. Wir werden Sie jedoch an alle Bekannten empfehlen. Es gibt wirklich nichts was wir beanstanden könnten und das Wetter war genial Kompliment an die Familie Schürmann und das Reinigungspersonal, es war unser erster Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung und wir sind begeistert.

Die erste Kontaktperson ist per Mail nicht auf unsere Ankündigung, dass wir mit ÖV anreisen eingegangen. Es brauchte ein Telefon unsererseits, um zu klären, dass die Schlüsselübergabe anderweitig organisiert werden kann. Auch die flexible Ankunftszeit am Sonntag wurde uns erst im zweiten Anlauf kommuniziert (beim ersten Mal wurden die Regeln für einen Samstag angewendet.) Ab dann alles wunderbar - viele Dank!!
