Bright living/dining room with 2 sleeping facilities (160x200). 1 double bedroom with double bed and single mattresses (2x90x200). Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue and raclette available. Parquet flooring throughout the flat. Garage space available (car lift. Height 1.50m). Ski room for shared use. Non-smoking flat. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Splendura is a recently built house at the entrance of the village, opposite to the post office. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 15 minutes by foot. The Corvatsch mountain is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 1km away. Busses run in the winter season every half hour in any direction. There is a bus stop in front of the house. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.
