About this property

Very nice, modern and bright apartment in a quiet and central residential area near the experience bath "Bogn Engiadina Scuol". The wonderful old village part "Scuol-sot" with its picturesque Engadine houses and the stop of the local and ski bus is within walking distance.

The bright living room is equipped with a Swedish stove (wood is available) and a flat screen TV with satellite reception. From here you can reach the south-facing balcony (8 m2) with a great view of the old part of the village and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. In addition to a dishwasher, the modern kitchen also has an espresso coffee machine (Tassimo capsule system). The 2 spacious bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds with Qualitätsmateratze & slatted base. Two sanitary rooms (1 x bath / WC / washbasin + 1 x shower / WC / washbasin) contribute to the high level of living comfort. Of course, guests will find a reserved parking space in the Autoeinstellhalle and a free Wi-Fi.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Der sonnige Balkon war ein Traum. Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral und doch absolut still. Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal her!
