Thanks for your feedback, Kelly. We're sincerely sorry for the issues you've encountered. For some reason, the spa tends to switch off on its own, and we have to monitor it to make sure it stays on. We have already addressed this issue to our maintenance team. We also informed the cleaning company about the oven issue, and they promised to be more thorough in their cleaning. We have made several improvements to our home and we hope we can host you again next time so we can improve your first impression.
