Suite Kella 2 - Tassin -Lovely studio with balcony
This freshly renovated 27 m² studio is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a small secured building. You will have fully access to a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed with its HD TV, a fully equipped little kitchen with everything you need to cook a its dining table for 2, as well as a nice bathroom with a modern shower and a separate toilet. Last but no least, you will have access to a nice 7m² balcony to enjoy the sun and the outside.
We provide emergency supplies (rice, pasta, some coffee and tea pods etc...) and you have access to a fully-equipped kitchen (hotplates, Nespresso, microwave...). Bed linen and towels are included. Free fiber WIFI available.
In the apartment you'll find a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, notices, recommended restaurants...).
Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Check-out is until 11am maximum.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

We are unable to predict such incidents in advance. Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.

Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service. Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted. Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited.
