Attractive ground-floor T2 flat
Comprising a living room with a television and a sofa bed (140 cm), a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, a mini-oven, a microwave and a washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sleeping area with two bunk beds (90 cm). The bathroom has a bath and WC. There is also a terrace with garden furniture.
Private parking space in the residence.

Optional services to be paid for on site:
- Hire of disposable sheets: from €15 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
Final cleaning from €90.
The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned three weeks after departure. €500.
