About this property

Cabin of Dreams | Game Room, Fireplace, Hot Tub

Surrounded by towering trees, Cabin of Dreams feels wonderfully removed from the every day and close to nature’s grandeur. At the same time, the three bedroom log cabin is just 15 minutes from the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. When you stay here, you get to enjoy the best of all worlds.

Cabin of Dreams’ wraparound deck and spacious balcony makes it easy for you to revel in the beautiful setting. When you’re not kicking back on one of the numerous rockers, you can luxuriate in the deck’s hot tub. While a soak is a treat any time of day, it’s especially magical at night, in the silvery moonlight. What’s more, the cabin has a picnic table and a charcoal grill, so you can cook and dine alfresco. After all, when the setting is this glorious, you want to make the most of it.

Of course, you can cook and dine inside as well. The main floor’s great room includes a dining area that seats six guests with ease—no jostling of elbows and knees here! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and tableware. The only supplies needed are food and an appetite. Even if you eat your main meals at the numerous nearby restaurants, you’re sure to appreciate the convenience of having a coffeemaker for brewing that all-important first cup of the morning and a blender for whipping up milkshakes or margaritas. Because of the open floor plan, when you’re cooking in the kitchen, you can keep up with the dinner table conversation or watch a movie on the living area’s TV. And wherever you are in the great room, you’ll be able to feel the warmth of the stone-surround fireplace.

Cabin of Dreams’ game room is another great space for hanging out. When you’re not shooting pool at the billiard table, you can take a turn at the foosball table—or you can climb up onto a stool and watch the proceedings while the others play. There’s a den as well, with a flat-screen TV and a leather sofa that invites you to stretch out and nap beneath the whirr of the ceiling fan.

All three bedrooms are restful to havens, with log-style furniture and lustrous wood-planked walls, floors and ceilings. Each bedroom includes a DVD player with its flat-screen TV. Two of the bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. The primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, a private bathroom, and perhaps best of all, its own jetted tub. After a day of hiking, skiing or shopping, your weary muscles will relish a long soak among the massaging jets of water.

Other amenities of the home include a washer and a dryer. We’ll provide more than enough clean towels for both bathrooms, and the beds will be impeccably made up before you arrive. All that’s left for you to do is have fun!

And thanks to Cabin of Dreams’ wonderful location, having fun is a cinch. You can drive to downtown Gatlinburg in less than 15 minutes. Once there, visit Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, the Anakeesta outdoor entertainment complex, the Guinness World Records Adventure, arcades, shops, restaurants and more. Just as close is the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community, an eight-mile trail of more than 120 shops, galleries and studios. Only 20 minutes away is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which you can explore on foot, on bike, on horseback or by car. Or you can head in the opposite direction to Pigeon Forge, home of Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, dinner theaters and more.

At Cabin of Dreams, you’ll be making memories that will last a lifetime. Make your dream vacation a reality. Book your stay today.

Cabin was nice, clean. Neighborhood dogs were loose.
Overall the stay at our cabin was pleasant and the cabin was clean. However, when we first arrived - there was a family with young kids fishing at the pond in front of our cabin with 5 dogs running around loose, including pit bulls. When my husband spoke with the family they stated only one dog was theirs and the rest came from the neighborhood. This occurred the whole week seeing the loose dogs. I run every morning and encountered several of them while by myself at different locations on the roads around our cabin. We have a 7 year old and never felt safe allowing him outside by himself. We were constantly worried about the dogs, not trusting or knowing their temperament.

Tennessee in November
I was super disappointed in the cabin. Overall great location. Drive way is super steep and did not see any reference to that in description. Bathroom had mold on walls. Burners on stove were horrible and maintenance had to replace during visit. Rocking chair broke on porch. Rails going up to door broken and not in slots. Cabin had cob webs on center piece on table and hanging from lights. Cabin heat and a/c vents covered in dust. Cabin needs a good cleaning and tons of maintenance. Not worth the money. And I did not notify agency and all we got was new burners for stove.

Comfortable and in a good location
Overall enjoyed our stay. Good location between PIgeon Forge and Gatlinburgh. Cabin was clean but could use a little TLC. Showers were great but pillows could use some replacing. Also would recommend pillow covers and mattress pad. Kitchen needs a larger fry pan and cooking utensils that are a little sturdier. We had a great vacation even with the few minor details that needed attention.

Cabin of dreams
This cabin was perfect. Located centrally between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg makes it a short drive to about anything. The only warning I would give guest is to be prepared for the driveway. Very steep and could be slick when it rains making 4 wheel drive a good thing to have. Also, the dryer was VERY squeaky when it kicked on. Didn’t ruin our trip by no means, just warn the guest so they don’t think anything’s wrong. We would definitely choose this cabin again!
