Needs Updated and Hot tub was green
Needs Updated. The hot tub was green and hadn't been clean in a while. The Couch and love seat had electric recliners that didn't work. The down stairs bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in. One of the ceiling fans upstairs sounded like it was goo,g to fall out of the ceiling.

The cabin was beautiful . It would have been nice to know how high up in the mountain the cabin was.
Perfect location. Far enough away from everyone that you felt like you were in the mountains, but only 7 miles from Pigeon Forge and 11 miles from Gatlinburg. The cabin itself was perfect, but the parking area was small and it was very difficult to turn around so we didn't have to back all the way back down. But otherwise, another perfect vacation location.

Great stay
Everything listed in description is there and in good condition.
Was perfect. My boyfriend and I decided to stay in Smokies for a short get a way. Cabin and time of year were perfect. time away from regular life was much needed. Before we arrived mmmmwe were planning on the places to go. Once we arrived we fell in love with cabin and location. Trees were beautiful cabin was more than we expected. We ended up not going to most places we talked about. We enjoyed the amazingl view from hot tub, took R.C cars out on hilsides by cabin, listened to rain fall from deck. Loved the screened in wrap around deck. Opened windows and let that fesh air flow in. The only thing we were looking forwars to and did not experiencewas seeing bears. And that could possiblybe a good thing. Thank you so much for providingus with the perfect place we had a perfect get away away.nned.mostp.mmmmmm arrived
Beautiful location. Very clean, quiet, perfect for our family’s needs. Less expensive than many hotels we looked at.
The road & drive up are steep & winding, so if you’re a nervous driver this isn’t for you but we loved the scenery & privacy. Definitely pay attention to the warnings about inclement weather & needing a four wheel drive for winter.
Management responds quickly & is helpful with inquiries.
Central location to the pigeon forge “strip”, Dollywood, grocery stores.
Beautiful surroundings, very quiet. Nice screened in deck to enjoy it. Beds were comfortable. Had a few cleaning hiccups upon arrival but host was very quick to respond. Foosball table was nice. Air hockey table was the only big negative as it didn’t blow enough air for the kids to use it.

Weekend out
We had a wonderful time! Cabin was nice and cozy! Just a couple downfalls but nothing that ruined our trip. Downstairs bed wasn’t the most comfortable, grill and some rust(I completely understand with weather) and the tub didn’t have a plug for taking baths. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
Our family of four stayed at this property for a week in August. It was quiet, relaxing and just what we needed. My husband and daughter even spent the night on the screened-in porch a couple nights enjoying the sound of nature. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening while it rained and used the grill one night to make hot dogs. Only minor complaint was the front door was very difficult to open, but not a big deal over all. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this cabin
Enjoyed this somewhat secluded cabin! You can see other cabins through the trees, but feels private and that was important to me. Other reviewers mentioned air hockey game not working properly but it was working fine when we stayed and the kids loved it. Also, no smell of mold as other reviewers had mentioned. Loved the hot tub, fireplace and porch swing! The only problem was a plasticy mattress cover on the downstairs bed that crackled when you moved. We covered it with a blanket under the fitted sheet and it was fine. Over all great place to stay and will definitely book again!

Beautiful place .. mountain stay, tri city access
This place is well kept and so close to all 3 cities. Plenty of space for us and at a price reasonable. There were a few fees, but in comparison to hotels it wasn't much and definitely worth it. My.3 teenage boys had plenty of space to stretch. The road is a bit tricky if you're not used to driving up inclines or have a 4 wheel drive, but we made it and by day 2 we had it mastered.. overall amazing experience. And there's the cutest family of foxes that live just a few cabins down. And it's minutes away from an amazing pizza place leons...js...
Over all good experience. The beds seem to need updated, the hot tub was really dirty we had to clean it before we got in. No balls available for the foos ball table . Other than that was nice place.
The cabin was over all clean. The views were ok. The beds upstairs were old and uncomfortable and broken down. The long couch was broken down and felt like you were sitting on the frame. The jacuzzi was very nice and seemed clean. We had a drunk/high person came up to the cabin (late at night)trying to get in, arguing that was her VRBO she rented. It was quite the experience when my mother and sister was there by themselves it was unsettling.

Mountain
Do not try to attempt the drive when there is snow and ice. You will not arrive at the cabin. Snow chains will not help: the cabin needs some work. Fan does Not work properly in living room. Beds are not study against the walls. Our stay was nice once we arrived at the cabin. Hot tub was definitely a plus!!!!

The cabin is in need of an upgrade. The front door can hardly be opened. The bed on the main floor feels like it is going to collapse. The upstairs bedrooms are how while the downstairs are cold. The whole place smells of mold and mildew. The TVs hardly get reception. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Not bad, not great
This is a cute cabin and served it's purpose for us but it does need some attention to minor things. The ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedroom doesn't work, no working vents in the bathrooms, the Wi-Fi is no good, the air hockey table doesn't blow enough air to move the puck and the floors need a deep clean. But like I said these things are minor. The kitchen was well stocked, stove worked great and living room furniture was comfy. If you have two cars, you have to back out down the driveway as there is not enough room to turn around and the cement stops before you park so will more than likely spin if you try to back in.
