Located on the creek, adjacent to the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve, and with spectacular views of Mammoth Mountain, Mammoth Crest & the Sherwins, this nicely equipped, standard two bedroom / loft / two bath townhouse includes washer/dryer, premium cable TV, DVD, wireless internet, and offers a warm mountain experience. Don’t miss one of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth! Snowcreek offers luxurious, green rolling grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature’s majesty right out the back door. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice! 1500 square feet tri-level; 3 parking spaces. Close to free winter shuttle (Red Line) to town and Mammoth Mountain. Living Area upstairs: Large kitchen with newer appliances, high counter with bar chairs, dining area, natural river rock hearth wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/Cable/Bluetooth, and deck with view & summer BBQ. downstairs: Main bedroom: king bed and full bath (TV/DVD/Cable), deck to back lawn. Bedroom #2: queen bed and shared bath (TV/DVD/VCR stream only/no cable) Loft: 1 twin + 1 double, also a queen aero bed mattress is available that fits in the living area for larger parties. Maximum Occupancy: 8, beds for 7 and one aerobed.

We are no longer be a dog friendly unit except for those that are grandfathered in as previous guests with no damages. We have upgraded our flooring/painting and, unfortunately, received several serious damaging issues with dogs in late 2021 and early 2022 after nearly 15 years of few, if any, damages. Please contact the owner if you have questions about this policy. We also rent directly, primarily to past guests, which saves a few fees.

Snowcreek Athlete Club & two golf courses are located nearby (access to these amenities is not included in the rental, but available to the public)

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please start one load of towels in the washer. The hot and cold water need to be turned on and off when finished because the building water pressure is high and the fixtures will slowly leak if on.

If you use spare pillows, please leave them out so the maids know to wash the pillow cases.

Do not leave an active fire in fireplace - please see notes in check-in instructions for safe use of fireplace.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs are only allowed with express permission of property owner and cannot be left alone. Town leash law. Pick up poop.

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture because it is simply too hard for the maids to clean the hair and dirt off before the next guest.

Please remove the trash, clean all the dishes, and start a laundry load of towels before checking out. Thanks!

Fishing opener

This is my 28th year attending the fishing opener and this is by far one of the top places to stay on my list. The cleanliness availability of the entire condo made it feel like it was a home away from home. Its nice to see the history of the condo within the decorations. Made it feel like we were truly on an outdoors vacation. I will definitely be returning for more stays at this condo. Thank you son much for allowing me and my family to be a part of your home.

Autumn (Re)Treat!

We had a wonderful time at Tina’s - quiet, relaxing in a beautiful setting. The Snowcreek complex borders on a meadow that we could access right off the master bedroom - as advertised - and we enjoyed daily walks on the paths there, besides our other Eastern Sierra excursions. Tina’s condo is a gem, tastefully appointed and equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy and straightforward, instructions were clear and communication with our hosts was great! We hope to stay here again!

Mammoth cabin

Tina’s place is in a great location with easy access to the shuttles to get around town. The space was perfect for three adult couples. We enjoyed the wood burning fire place and it kept the house warm. Would definitely book again with Tina for another trip!

Great home great location

My family and I stayed here for a spring skiing trip. The condo was perfect and everything we expected from the listing. It had everything we needed and was close to all the places we needed to get at the mountain and in town. Definitely planning on coming back sometime in the future with friends.

Fantastic Stay!

This is the first time I have ever used anything like Vrbo to book a place to stay. I was always a hotel/motel kind of traveler. Everything was wonderful! The cabin, the location and the view were all superb! As well as the booking procedure and interactions with the property manager. She was friendly responsive to any of my questions before and during the stay. I would defiantly try to rent this cabin again next time I am visiting the area. Thank you for the great experience!

Great Family Ski Trip

Our family of four and chocolate lab thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and conveniently located condo. Great mountain views and perfect location on the meadow. Very spacious with upstairs sleeping loft and downstairs 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry. The fully stocked kitchen was appreciated and included everything we needed to prepare meals. We hope to be able to return very soon.

Snow creek get away

We were fortunate enough to go to Mammoth during one of the snowiest seasons ever. Tina was very helpful and responsive and concerned about our safety. The condo was well equipped, clean , spacious and completely adequate for our needs. It was well situated and close to the shuttle which we utilized to get around the town. The views of the mountain range were majestic. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back.

Great Stay!

My family of 4 adults, 2 kids, and dog had a great time at this cabin and it fit us perfectly. Tina was a great host and was great at communicating with us, especially since we were a last-minute booking. She even helped with suggestions of where to go to avoid the fire smoke! The location was great too, with large grass areas for the kids and dog to run around, a creek and meadow to walk through behind the condo, and it was close enough (<1mi) that we could walk to shops/restaurants/playground. We'll be back!

Meadow Bliss

The highlight of this older property is its location to the adjacent meadow, which borders Mammoth Creek and allows beautiful views from both the living and master bedroom windows. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen highlights your visit. The owner is a pleasure to work with and provides clear and timely rental information. Be sure to take a stroll out to the meadow during the summer months to enjoy the wildlife and numerous wildflowers. Will definitely revisit!

Killer views, convenient location, clean and comfortable

We had a great weekend in this clean and comfortable condo. Everything was in good working order and well stocked. The views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient to town and the shuttle. We appreciated the 'old school' feel with historic photos and vintage decor. We had planned on bringing our dog (and chose this condo for its dog-friendly policy), but our pooch has become an anxious traveler, so she didn't join us. Too bad, she would have loved the big comfy dog bed provided, and all the squirrels!! Thanks so much for a great stay!

stunning view of creek, pond, and mountains right in your backyard!

this home was cozy and inviting. master bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. the kitchen was well stocked - easily allowed us to eat in to save money. what a treat to have thick paper towels, soft kleenex, and nicer TP instead of the cheap kind. i also liked the option to use bigger bottles of shampoo, lotion, and handwash soap (though small hotel ones are also available). for our week of fishing, it was easy to do laundry (there was detergent even though we brought our own). this home had everything - was like staying at a friend's! what i absolutely loved was the majestic view of God's creation right outside the deck upstairs as well as out the master bedroom sliding door. breathtaking beauty! would stay again!!!

Great condo, wonderful week!

We stayed for a week with another couple and we all really enjoyed the place. Everything was clean. There is a good size dining room table for dinners and game nights, and, the kitchen was well stocked. The condo is cozy and spacious at all at the same time. The fireplace is perfect. There was always plenty of hot water for showers! Helpful notes are posted with guidance on how to use various things, like heaters, washer/dryer, etc. Also, the snow is plowed quickly, and, as someone else mentioned, you can park very close to the walkway that leads to the front door, for loading and unloading. Our host, Tina, was super helpful and communicative. We all agreed we will stay there again! Thank you!

Love this slice of heaven

The owner Tina is so helpful and easygoing. The property is in a fantastic location, overlooking a creek and a meadow and the interior is warm and relaxing. We keep going back and hope to for a long time-in fact, we left our snowball maker and an igloo maker after our last trip. Figured someone else could enjoy it until we got back up there to use it! The condo is very close to the red line bus stop which makes it easy to shuttle back and forth to main lodge and around the city. Parking is easy and close to condo. When it snows a lot, the snow is piled high right outside the condo and a makeshift sledding hill can be created. I sorta hate letting people know how awesome this place is.

Everything we needed!

This place is awesome! My family rents places in Mammoth many, many, times a year and we have never, in all of our years of renting, stayed in a home that was this accommodating. Tina's place has everything you could possibly need in a rental/home for the weekend and she allows dogs!! We rent 5 star homes with only an occasional 4+ when we travel. We have also rented properties from local places that have 5 stars and were 3. We have rented the best of the best in Mammoth and although this is not granite counter tops and fancy furnishings it has just the right amount of TLC to be warm, comfortable, cozy, and perfect for 1-2 families with kids and dogs. The views were so peaceful from this unit and the rocker in the master was a perfect choice! Tina is lovely and I love the pics on the wall of her parents adventures for many generations. Typically we do not like to see pics of families we don't know all over the walls as it sometimes makes it feel less like a home for the weekend for us and can sometimes feel weird but this was just the right amount to make it intriguing and cozy. The location is perfect since it is right in the middle of everything with a shuttle stop in front of the complex. The build of snow from them clearing the sidewalks was an amazing place for kids to play as was the meadow out back. We built a snow tunnel slide that led right to the front door and was a blast (and fast)! As of today I have written very few reviews of anything but this is well worth my time and I am grateful we found a new home away from home. We will definitely make this a regular rental for our trips to Mammoth. Thank you Tina and to your family for providing just the right amount of everything to make our trips to Mammoth just the right amount of comfortable, cozy, and very easy to travel to. Mammoth adventure

I arrived in the Condo to find an open package of prepared food. We found two dirty towels on the floor. The drier and washing machine both had wet clothing which we dried to prevent mold to occur. We found a ring that was left in the drier! The freezer temperature was cold enough to freeze ice, but not to keep our ice cream frozen. I was in contact with the owner, but they left town before trying to answer these oroblems

July 4th week trip

We are second generation homeowners at Snowcreek and enjoy Mammoth in all seasons. We spend time in Mammoth year round, but summer and fall are really our favorite seasons. We like to alpine and cross country ski, hike to the local backcountry lakes, fish and, sometimes do a little horseback riding. Our son is in the military now, so we are taking some of our trips farther afield to visit him and the condo is available a bit more because of that.

Why they chose this property

This is simply the most wonderful setting in Mammoth Lakes. My parents had their pick of the original Snowcreek units. It's quiet, private and has exceptional views. We hope to keep it in the family forever. It has been our second home for most of our lives and we truly love the Eastern Sierra and Mammoth area.

What makes this property unique

The feel of being part of the outdoors with all the comforts of home. We hang out on the back deck and take multiple walks in the meadow - at all times of the day or evening. It's close to the bus line that goes directly to town or Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge & Village, but not so close that we hear any street noise. Fronting on the meadow is very special, quiet, and relaxing.
